And then too much impatience to collect his part. I decided not to buy even though the owners accepted my offer because I no longer trusted this person's word and did not want to have problems. Many hidden issues that could cause bigger problems in the long run with the property, even though this man swore to me and said to trust him. Thank goodness I didn't and I got informed elsewhere. And I was right. He is not trustworthy. He does not do things well.
