Какого же было моё удивление, когда через 2 месяца нам позвонили и сказали, что есть покупатели! Не долго думая запустили процесс! Заняло конечно достаточно много времени по причине того, что мы в разных странах находились! Ze kent de markt als geen ander, en is bovenal gewoon eerlijk als iets niet verstandig is, hoe mooi t ook lijkt. Iris denkt mee in de wensen en zet daarbij meerdere stappen extra. Since we met and explained to her what we were looking for, Imane was able to identify our needs and showed us exactly properties matching those needs without wasting our time. After 4 visits we found our dream home and placed an offer which was accepted. We closed our deal last week, 82 days later, and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. Buying in a foreign country always has its caveats, but Immogroup Star made the whole process easy and transparent as it gets! We already have financing approved, but they could have arranged that for us as well. We saw about 50 properties with other realties and nobody worked with the expertise and professionalism Imane and the rest of their team at Immogroup Star has.
