Negative experience: Achtung wirklich lesen! Die erste Kontakaufnahme war wirklich super. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zeitnah geantwortet. Da wir im Stau standen, konnten wir zu den Öffnungszeiten unseren Schlüssel nicht entgegennehmen, aber es wurde zügig eine Lösung gefunden. Als wir in unser Apartment kamen, hat uns der Schlag getroffen. Es war dreckig, heruntergekommen und andere Möbel wie auf den Bilder zu sehen und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Das haben wir zeitnah an Frau Göpel weitergeleitet und es sollte eigentlich nach einer Lösung gesucht werden. Es kam ein sogenannter Hausmeister der auch in der Apartment-Anlage wohnt und hat sich alles angeschaut. Seine Aussage war, es wäre ja alles ok. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut, das Wasser der Dusche lief ins Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafcouch hat gequietscht und an den Wänden war überall Dreck und Blut. Des Weiteren war die Mikrowelle überall gerissen. Aber hey es wäre alles in Ordnung. Wir haben erneut mit Frau Göpel Kontakt aufgenommen und um ein Entgegenkommen gebeten, aber hier wurde nur auf den Eigentümer hingewiesen das dieser kompliziert wäre. Meiner Meinung nach interessiert uns der Eigentümer nicht, weil wir den Vertrag mit Leon Immobilien geschlossen haben. Jetzt mittlerweile sind wir zuhause und ich versuche hartnäckig eine Einigung zu finden, aber wir werden komplett ignoriert. Man merkt daran nur, das es ausschließlich am Ende des Tages um Profit geht und nicht um die Kundenzufriedenheit was sehr traurig ist. Mein Appell an jeden der etwas buchen möchte, guckt euch alle Bilder wirklich gut an, zoomt was das Zeug hält und wenn was ist, lauft denen im Urlaub die Bude ein, danach passiert leider nichts mehr. Ich finde es echt sehr schade, denn der erste Eindruck war echt in Ordnung….

Frau Angela Göpel war unsere Ansprechpartnerin, begleitete uns zum Haus und schaute mit uns das alles in Ordnung war. Objekt war wie im Internet beschrieben mit allen was das Herz begehrt, Pool wird 2 mal wöchentlich gecheckt. Wir werden wieder bei Leon Immobiliara buchen. Vielen Dank

Fantastic experience: We rented Villa Carmanso 80 for Christmas and New Year's with six people and we are absolutely thrilled. Check-in was straightforward, communication was easy and possible in several languages. The house was wonderfully equipped and very clean, great outdoor furniture & pool loungers, kitchen utensils like in our own home & everything was also very clean. I would book here again at any time.

Negative experience: I have never been so poorly served in years during my vacation in Spain, upon arriving at the accommodation I noticed that the beds/pillows were all dirty and unfortunately the manager of the real estate agency did not want to know anything and decided not to refund the reservation fees even though seeing the photos this violates tourism health regulations. I can only say that this agency is good at scamming.

Negative experience: Never again!!! The rented "villa" was presented to us, note after signing the rental agreement, as a "simply furnished house". That should have already raised alarm bells! However, the sent expose and the photos on the website were very appealing, so we didn’t think more about it. After all, we weren't expecting luxury amenities. Upon our arrival, we were bitterly disappointed. It was not a "simply furnished" house at all, but a house whose inventory had long seen better days. Some of the existing furniture was defective (the wardrobe doors stuck massively, chairs were damaged, the couch set was dirty, worn, and defective). The available dishes and cutlery were partly, like the sparsely provided cooking utensils, defective, dirty, or worn out. There were many little things missing that one could certainly overlook individually, but they added up in quantity. The "barbecue zone" described in the expose and nicely depicted on the website was not usable at all and surrounded by weeds. The "sun loungers for relaxing" described in the expose were the cheapest kind and partially defective. These were then exchanged for equally cheap loungers. The described laundry room contained a dirty cupboard and an even dirtier washing machine, in which you wouldn't even want to wash rags. The beds (cheap guest beds of the simplest kind) were a disgrace and not actually suitable for an adult man to find restful sleep. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The statement from an employee "If I had had another property available, I would never have offered you this property at all." says everything you need to know about this "villa". Apparently, profit was more important here than customer satisfaction. It would have been easy to at least address the cleanliness issues. Emails were not answered. There was only one call where I was labeled as a "difficult customer" and offered to move out of the property and have the remaining days refunded. But our vacation was already half over, and we wouldn’t have found another accommodation so quickly. However, they promised to speak with the "boss" again to perhaps find a solution and to get back to me on the same day. We waited two more days in vain for a call. Only after we sent another email did they try to contact us via a WhatsApp call. We were no longer interested in phone discussions, especially since our vacation was ending the next day anyway. Furthermore, we expected a written response. This has not yet arrived to this day. All the deficiencies listed here have been documented by us with photos and videos.

Fantastic experience: First experience with Leon Immobiliaria simply perfect. Very good communication before the stay, email, whatsapp. Apartment even more beautiful than in the photos. Very well soundproofed as even by the sea with the concert 50 meters away, with the windows closed you can't hear anything. Extremely warm welcome with plenty of useful information about parking, restaurants, and activities. Cleanliness and condition of the accommodation impeccable. Special mention for the 180-degree view of the apartment and the incredible fireworks on July 16th, unbeatable spot! Negative experience: We have booked through Leon 4 times, and we have always received what was promised. I have nothing to criticize and don't understand the bad reviews! We will book with Leon again. We have always booked houses where dogs were also allowed, even large ones. UPDATE! Well, now I am no longer convinced, no maximum number of dogs is mentioned! We have always treated the properties with care and have also cleaned ourselves. Even though we paid a lot for the final cleaning. But you don't want to stand out unpleasantly as a dog owner. After the last booking, it was said that dog hair had been found. The dogs would have been in the bed. The truth is that the dogs weren't even in our bedroom. It's also true that we swept up black dog hair there. We have Swiss shepherd dogs (white). But the owners reportedly have a Labrador, according to the neighbors. Leon wants to continue renting us properties in the future, at double the final cleaning price! No, not like that, the cleaning team hardly had any work with us. To me, Leon is done, we don't need to be treated unfairly! There are plenty of others!

Negative experience: Wir haben schon sehr oft bei Leon Immobilien gemietet mindestens 2 mal im Jahr. Doch als wir für Weihnachten etwas mieten wollten konnte ich meinen Ohren nicht glauben. Auf unsere schriftlich Anfrage keine Reaktion, daraufhin rief ich dort an um zu buchen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Eigentümer des von uns zu letzt gebuchten Objekts sich beschwert hätten dass Hundehaare auf den Bettdecken gewesen wären. Wir haben so oft schon gebucht nie kam eine Beschwerde und wir waren stets zufrieden. Hätte man sich nicht durch Rückfrage bei uns erkundigen können. Das Objekt war nicht besonders sauber wir fanden schwarze Hundehaare wir haben weiße. Aber für uns nicht so schlimm der Herd war auch defekt. Wie kann es sein das weiße Hundehaare entdeckt werden wenn doch eine endreinigung stattfindet. Mein Fazit nie, nie mehr leonimmobilien. Mein Vertrauen ist weg

Negative experience: Très déçue de constater une maison en construction en face à moins de 10 mètres de la maison. Du coup nous avons passé la semaine avec du bruit, de la poussière pas très agréable pour des vacances. Nous prévenir aurait été la moindre des corrections.

Negative experience: Mon beau-frère a loué une villa dans cette agence leon inmobiliara Empuriabrava du 28mai au 4 juin 2022 ! Il verse un acompte de 450 € ! Or le 17 avril 2022 il décède subitement à 63ans ! Il laisse une famille sa femme et surtout un enfant lourdement handicapé la maladie de Duchenne ! Sa femme désire récupérer les 450 € d acompte ! Refus catégorique du patron de l agence leon inmobiliara a Empuriabrava ! Cette famille se trouve dans une situation financière très difficile ! Le patron n a jamais osé nous prendre au téléphone pour expliquer son refus ! Ce comportement est celui d un patron humain ! D un escroc ! Surtout qu il a un mois et demi pour relouer ! La famille est a 450 € près l agence inmobiliara a Empuriabrava Espagne certainement pas !

Negative experience: Mon frère vous a fait confiance en vous versant 450e pour réserver une location d’une semaine à la fin du mois de mai... Malheureusement il est décédé subitement… Après plusieurs tentatives amicales et pensant que vous comprendriez les circonstances, la tristesse le deuil de sa femme et de son fils… En attente d'un geste commercial pour rendre cette somme ... Mais aujourd’hui nous comprenons que l'argent compte plus pour vous que l'honnêteté d’un acte élégant... Vous, qui n'avez pas le courage de répondre à nos demandes au téléphone, préférez la lâcheté et la filouterie… En laissant ,votre secrétaire répondre Profitant, du malheur, qui touchent notre famille pour garder les 450 euro vous n’êtes qu’un voleur... Je déconseille fortement... Votre agence. Mi hermano confió en ti pagándote 450 euros para reservar un alquiler de una semana a finales de mayo... Lamentablemente falleció repentinamente... Después de varios intentos amistosos y pensando que entenderías las circunstancias, la tristeza y el luto de su esposa y hijo... Esperando un gesto comercial para devolver esta suma... El dinero significa más para ti que la honestidad de un acto elegante... Tú, que no tienes el coraje de responder a nuestras llamadas por teléfono, prefieres la cobardía y el engaño. ... Y que responda tu secretaria... Aprovechando la desgracia que afecta a nuestra familia... Para ganar 450 euros, solo eres un ladrón... Te desaconsejo encarecidamente tu agencia.

Negative experience: Actuellement encore en location dans la maison, nous avons la mauvaise surprise de se faire réveiller tous les matins par la bétonnière, les bruits,la poussière du chantier juste en face Les ouvriers ont une vue imprenable sur nous ....et l agence "regrette vraiment", juste!!!! Positive experience: Ich brauchte erstmal Urlaub vom Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war massiv laut bis teilweise 5 Uhr morgens. Diese laute Lage wurde natürlich nicht erwähnt und das geht garnicht. Der Mietpreis war ja nun auch kein Schnäppchen. Der Service vor Ort war ziemlich schlecht. Ich selbst bin auch Dienstleister und würde so mit keinem Kunden umgehen, der mir meinen Unterhalt sichert. Man ging hier vor Ort ziemlich arrogant mit uns um. Auch die Sauberkeit war für diese hohe Endreinigung ziemlich schlecht. Für uns kommt dieses Unternehmen auf keinen Fall mehr in Frage.

Fantastic experience: J'avais entendu parler de cette agence depuis 20ans et de son sérieux, je viens de retrouver par hasard et si je dois louer pour Ampuriabra, je passerai par eux pour leur renommée

Negative experience: Die Bearbeitung war ok, das Haus und die Lage waren auch gut. Geradezu als Unverschämt empfinde ich, daß man 100€ für die Endreinigung bezahlen muss, die Putzfrau aber nur zwei Stunden Zeit hat um ein ganzes Haus zu putzen. ("Die Putzfrau ist jetzt da, sie können in zwei Stunden rein") Beim derzeitigen Mindestlohn in Spanien von 5,45€ kann man davon ausgehen, daß sich Leon das meiste davon in die eigene Tasche steckt. Dementsprechend dreckig war das Haus dann auch. Ich werde in Zukunft eine andere Agentur konsultieren.

Negative experience: Wir raten definitiv von einer Zusammenarbeit mit Leon Immobiliaria ab und halten die Verfahrensmethoden für unseriös. Da werden Häuser mit Liegeplätzen mit einem Anleger für Boote bis 25m Länge vermietet. Man sagt Ihnen aber nicht, dass Boote bereits ab einer Breite von 3,00m nicht in den Kanal einfahren dürfen. Wir haben viel Geld bezahlt und konnten das Haus nicht nutzen. Das Leon Team stellt einen dann als dumm dar, man wisse doch, dass Boote über 3 Meter Breite nicht in den Kanal dürften. Jedes Boote mit 8-9m Länge hat bereits 3m Breite. Da ist die Angabe der Anleger wäre für Boote bis 25m Länge geeignet eine klare Täuschung des Kunden. Wir haben keine 25m Yacht, aber liegen wie viele andere Boote über 3m Breite. Wir sagen "Nie wieder LEON" und haben die Sache dem Anwalt gegeben. Unser Rat: wer kein Geld verlieren will nimmt besser ein Hotel. We definitely do not recommend a cooperation with LEON Immobiliaria and consider the methodology dubious. Houses with moorings are rented with a jetty for boats up to 25m in length. However, you are not told that boats are not allowed to enter the canal from a width of 3.00m. We paid a lot of money and could not use the house. The Leon team then makes you look stupid, but you know that boats over 3 meters wide are not allowed in the channel. Each boat with 8-9m length already has 3m width. There is the indication of investors would be suitable for boats up to 25m in length a clear deception of the customer. We do not have a 25m yacht, but are like many other boats over 3m wide. We say "Never again LEON" and have given the matter to the lawyer. Our advice: who does not want to lose money is better a hotel.

Fantastic experience: Contacté con ellos a través de una reserva de booking. Me llamaron antes de el dia de la reserva del apartamento alquilado confirmando la estancia. Enviaron correo con las condiciones bien explicadas. Cuando llegamos, la atención del personal de 10, sin esperas y bien organizado. El apartamento no podia estar mejor. Se nota que son profesionales del sector.

Negative experience: Angaben im Mietangebot sollten korrekt sein! Man verlässt sich als Kunde darauf. Nachfragen vor Ort sollten nicht ignoriert oder genervt abgetan werden. Die Wohnung sollte bei Ankunft richtig gereinigt sein, wenn eine Pauschale für eine Endreinigung berechnet wird. Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation und der Service mit Leon Immobilien gut, vor Ort in unserem Fall leider enttäuschend. Empuriabrava selber ist dennoch ein toller Urlaubsort.

Negative experience: Une expérience malheureuse que je ne renouvellerai pas. J'ai loué une maison à Empuriabrava et je n'ai pas pu jouir de nombreuses prestations facturées : climatisation HS, accès aux terrasses supérieures impossible faute de clés, literie 180cm non précisée (je mesure 1,95m !), ménage très superficiel (payé 130€), impossibilité de verrouiller l'accès au quai depuis l'extérieur côté amarre (très compliqué pour partir en bateau depuis la maison) etc... J'ai demandé des explications mais personne n'a jamais daigné me répondre. Attitude incorrecte qui me confirme le peu d'importance que LEON accorde à la satisfaction de sa clientèle. Je vous laisse leur faire confiance si vous le souhaitez, mais en ce qui me concerne, je ne ferai plus jamais appel à LEON IMMOBILIERA EMPURIABRAVA.
