Positive experience: Que decir que no sepa ese pedazo de equipo en la oficina, amables, comprometidos empatizan con todo el mundo, saben mandar a los técnicos y profesionales a cada problema de una comunidad, totalmente recomendables, no cambiéis nunca, profesionales como la copa de un pino.

Negative experience: Como administrativos tienen conocimientos básicos de Excel y una secretaria comprometida con sus funciones. Como administradores son un fracaso absoluto, son incapaces de presentar presupuestos en tiempo y forma, optimizar costes, asesorar en obras y en procesos de morosos. No hay acompañamiento ni asesoramiento del cliente y huyen cuando se deben afrontar retos. Si quieres alguien que te lleve un Excel de entradas y salidas te pueden valer, si quieres alguien que aporte valor a tu comunidad olvídate de esta gestoria

Negative experience: FINQUES NOUAMBIT. TARRAGONA. Ressenyes positives, per personal que no en fan. Un poc lluny del centre i saleta de reunions dalt d un terrabastall poc accessible. Pèssima experiència com administradors de comunitats. O no responen o ho fan incorrectament. Un món difícil el de Finques.
