Negative experience: No son nada profesionales, nos habían apalabrado un piso de 420€ en a Carballeira ( y ahora dudo que exista) nos dijeron que nos llamarían y tuvimos que llamar nosotros y nos dicen que el piso está alquilado que no se dieron cuenta cuando nos dijeron que si. Pésimo trato y cero responsabilidades con temas tan delicados como son las viviendas hoy en día.

Fantastic experience: Les hemos encargado la venta de una propiedad y su trato y profesionalidad han sido excelentes desde el inicio.

Negative experience: Good morning, I reserved an apartment with these people and they are a bunch of frauds. We agreed that the apartment would be sold with the furniture inside, and once we made the deposit contract, they emptied it completely. When you call them, all they do is keep stalling. Please, if you don’t want to have problems like I am having, do not go to this real estate agency. They are shameless and unprofessional; they aren't even fit to manage a flock of sheep. Negative experience: This place has zero professionals, terrible service. We agreed on a price for an apartment, and when everything was settled, they changed it. We reached an agreement again, and they failed once more. You call them to ask for explanations, and they don’t answer the phone or return your calls. I do not recommend this place to anyone; it's shameful, they mock people.

Negative experience: Zero professionalism. Zero commitment. Lack of respect for other people's time. After two months in contact with David, several visits to a property, and supposedly having everything ready to go to the notary, due to the lack of news, I call and am still waiting. They do not answer the phone. They also do not return the call. Zero recommendable.

Negative experience: I don't know what's going on with this real estate agency. Every time I call, they don't return my call. I don't know if it's because of the assistance I have for renting from the Xunta, which they don't earn anything from, or because you just ignore everything... The lack of professionalism is zero.

Negative experience: Quite a lack of professionalism and seriousness. I have never written a negative review about anything or anyone because I don’t like to play with people's livelihoods, but as this is my second bad experience with this real estate agency, I will do it. I called this agency interested in a house for sale (advertised on all platforms) on a Monday asking for a visit to see the house and they told me they had to talk to the owner since they didn't have the keys, and that as soon as they spoke to him to arrange the appointment, they would call me. An entire afternoon passed and they didn't call me back, so I called again and their response was that they had not been able to contact the owner (with a doubtful voice as if they had never tried, and with little interest). The next day I called them again in the afternoon because they still hadn’t called me back, and they said the same thing as the previous time adding that I should call them at the end of the day. I called, and nothing, supposedly they hadn’t contacted the owner. On the third day, I tried to contact them again and once again I was the one who got in touch with them, and what was their response (which didn’t surprise me at all because I expected something like this to be happening)? They said that they had been informed a week ago that the house was no longer for sale, that the owners finally decided not to sell it. And if they knew this a week ago, why did they tell me they would contact the owner to visit the house? Why do they still have the house advertised on all platforms? They even have the for sale sign placed at the house because I approached the exact location yesterday. In summary, people have very little desire to work and they are very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this real estate agency; they arrange to show you an apartment and then they don't show up. If you call to find out why they stood you up, they don't answer your phone or provide a response. It generates a lot of distrust, not to mention the lack of professionalism in a sector where these principles are, in my opinion, key.

Negative experience: I have dealt with almost all the real estate agencies in the area and this has been the only one that has left me speechless. Professionalism 0, seriousness 0, word 0. Their favorite words are 'we'll take care of it' and that NEVER happens. I will never deal with them again.

Negative experience: En la línea del resto de opiniones. Atención nefasta. Seriedad nula. Brilla por su ausencia. Mentiras a la orden del día. No tienen palabra y claro, se pilla antes a un mentiroso que a un cojo. Quedan en llamar en un rato y pasan más de 2 días y siguen desaparecidos en combate.

Negative experience: Fuimos a preguntar por pisos para alquilar y a parte de ni consultar nada de lo que tenian, quedaron en mandarme un mensaje con un piso que les sonaba que tenian, de eso ya hace un mes. No se como este lugar tiene clientes. Poca profesionalidad.

Negative experience: Alquile un piso en la calle greco n17 por el cual anticipe dos meses en concepto de fianza.( 640€) De los cuales una vez abandonada la vivienda con todos los tramites y el visto bueno de dicha agencia. Me dicen eso te lo devuelve la xunta. Tres años despues sigo esperando . Estafadores y mentirosos. No pagueis los ultimos meses al menos nos robaran la fianza .que tienen mucho cuento.

Negative experience: Pésimos en el trato, no contestan a cartas con acuses de recibo, burofax,ni whatsapps, nada. Unos impresentables, me río yo de los buenos intermediarios que dicen ser con los dueños de pisos, pasan de todo. Profesionalidad 0. No los recomiendo.

Negative experience: Solicito los servicios de jba (concretamente Pepe) para la búsqueda de inquilinos de mi mi piso del couto, le indico un perfil muy concreto de potenciales inquilinos a lo que hizo caso omiso buscándome el peor inquilino posible...ahora estoy en proceso de desaucio y el señor Pepe muy tranquilo...

Negative experience: Fatal. Somos estudiantes buscando piso en ourense y habiamos acordado un precio con uno de sus trabajadores a principios de agosto; asegurándonos que bajaría 20 euros el precio del piso, y no solo no cumplieron esa parte sino que esperaron a finales de agosto (encontrar piso en esas fechas es casi imposible) para decirnos que no bajaba el precio, aunque ya habiamos pagado la señal y la fianza. Le doy 2 estrellas porque los pisos estaban bien.

No contestan al whatsapp. Quedan contigo y cuando les llamas... que casualidad que ya alquilaron todos los pisos que tenían, pero los anuncios siguen colgados. Dependiendo de la página el inmueble varía de precio. En fin un desastre, mejor obviarla.
