Everyone we spoke to was very positive about Cardenas. They greeted us with cheerful and positive people who put us in a good mood right away. They have very professional employees, and they maintain open and effective channels with both public and private entities throughout the sales process. They helped us with everything we needed to know and made things happen quickly. Our apartment was sold for the price we demanded, just after two weeks. Cardenas's fee for everything is reasonable: 5% + VAT of the sales amount. They do a lot of difficult work for this percentage. We are very grateful and highly recommend Cardenas.
