Negative experience: Mala experiencia general. Hasta la firma del contrato todo bien, luego se desentienden. Opino de Urtzi, quizás otros agentes sean mejores. Back office incompetente, hicieron mal los contratos de luz y gas.
Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya cumplido con tus expectativas. Desde el primer momento, nuestro compromiso ha sido brindarte un servicio ágil y transparente. Tras tu entrada al piso el 15 de mayo, nos comunicaste dos incidencias el día 19, y ambas fueron solucionadas en un plazo de apenas tres días, el 22 de mayo, enviando profesionales (fontanero y electricista) para resolver los problemas de manera eficiente.
Sobre los contratos de luz y gas, también queremos precisar que la gestión del cambio de titularidad se realizó correctamente el mismo día de tu entrada, y no hemos recibido notificación de ningún problema por parte de la compañía suministradora.
Nos sorprende esta valoración negativa, especialmente después de la reseña positiva que dejaste el pasado 30 de abril, lo cual interpretamos como una muestra de tu satisfacción inicial.
Seguimos a disposición para cualquier duda o aclaración adicional y, como siempre, trabajamos para mejorar cada día.

Fantastic experience: Debido a la demanda de vivienda, puede uno pensar que poner en alquiler un piso es una cosa sencilla. pero todos pero todos conocemos la cantidad de problemas que se pueden derivar de un alquiler, por lo que confiar en Araxes fue una gran decisión. Su gran experiencia les permite encontrar el inquilino adecuado, evitándole al casero, las llamadas y visitas al piso que no conducen a ningún lugar. La redacción del contrato , El depósito de la fianza, la firma mediante su plataforma, la redacción del inventario…. Todo fueron facilidades y confianza. Si tengo que hablar de una primera impresión solo puedo decir que la misma fue muy positiva, antes siquiera de llegar a un acuerdo. Fantastic experience: A few months ago, we had to put our parents' house up for sale after their passing. We decided to hire the services of a real estate agency to avoid the hassle of showing the house and to ensure that all legal requirements were met. We were advised on a couple of real estate agencies. One of them had handled the sale of the house of a deceased friend's father. The service was provided by Izaskun from Araxes Real Estate, and since my friend and his family were satisfied with the transaction, that's why they recommended her to us. We got in touch with both, and after introductions, we chose Izaskun. The communication was constant, as fluid as it could be considering work obligations. The execution of the various steps for documentation submission and house preparation before going on the market was also swift, given that we were in the holiday season. Once the house was on the market, it found a buyer with some urgency, especially considering the rise in interest rates and the hesitance of buyers due to uncertainty about their evolution. The sale was finally executed before the deadline reflected in the pre-contract, to the satisfaction of both parties, buyer and seller. The contact with the real estate agency has been maintained after the sale to fine-tune some small detail that has arisen afterwards, so Izaskun's commitment is positively valued, in particular, since her relationship with both parties had already ended. In summary, if I had to sell another property in the future and was in the geographical area where this agency operates, I would go with Izaskun again.
