Negative experience: Der Service war ausgesprochen schlecht. Das vermittelte Haus war schmutzig, die Bettenbezüge noch vom Vormieter verdreckt. Alles sah ungepflegt aus. Die Türen und Tore nicht zu verschliessen, außer der Haustüre. E-Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Einwände wurden lapidar abgetan. Im ganzen Haus stank es und in den Schränken roch es muffig. Der Garten bestand aus wildwachsenden Unkräutern, von Rasen nichts zu sehen.
