Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia personal con esta agencia no podría haber sido mejor. Tras poner una vivienda de mi propiedad en venta la cual pretendía venderla yo directamente, como es lógico empiezan a llamarme agencias para ofrecerme sus servicios, pero como digo, mi intención era venderla yo y a todas les decía que gracias por su interés, pero que no. Tras una conversación fortuita con Pilar Stefano, no sé por qué, pero me inspiro una confianza total de primera hora, y decidí que se encargara de la venta…., desde luego no ha podido salir mejor, en dos meses hemos firmado en notaría, con la dificultad añadida de vender a un señor no residente en la UE, y eso lleva muchas gestiones, las cuales ella junto a su hermana Carmen y resto del equipo, han tramitado a la perfección, nos lo han dado todo hecho. Desde luego a cualquier amigo o conocido que necesite tanto vender, como comprar, tengo muy claro a quienes le recomendaría. Muchísimas gracias por todo Pilar, Carmen y resto del equipo.

Negative experience: ATTENTION COLLABORATORS!!! The very owner of this real estate agency called me to collaborate on a house she had for sale. I gave her the opportunity to do so, sharing information, and she ultimately ended up capturing the property. To make matters worse, she used the information I had shared, like the photos, while her competitors were continuously lowering the price without consulting the owners and creating unfair competition with the rest of the colleagues in the field. I completely discourage working with people who have so little integrity and professionalism.

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad en muchas de sus gestiones y trato, nos enteramos por casualidad que ya no podíamos optar a un local por el que estábamos muy interesados, habíamos hecho varias visitas, ya estábamos haciendo gestiones con el ayuntamiento (previa reunión con el dueño). Sentimos que no les importamos como clientes.
