J’ai vendu ma maison avec leur aide, elles ont suivi la vente du début à la fin, m’ont conseillé très bien sur les aspects fiscaux. Marta a suivi presque une année mon dossier de remboursement auprès l’Agencia Tributaria avec un retour positif de la part de l’administration. J’ai vraiment apprécié leur aide car je suis à l’étranger et communiquer en espagnol avec la banque, l’Administration s’est avéré impossible pour moi. Marta a tout pris en charge et a résolu les problèmes avec beaucoup d’implication et responsabilité. Je recommande vivement d’effectuer des transactions immobilières avec cette agence, j’ai eu une de mes meilleures expériences en Espagne en travaillant avec eux. Il est difficile d'exprimer en mots mon appréciation pour Marta et Violant et pour tout l'aide reçu de leur part

Negative experience: Das für 300 € pro Tag vermietete Haus war schrecklich. Dreckig. Total herunter gekommen. Voller Ameisen. Pool und Grundstück ungepflegt. Mobiliar uralt. Dieser Schmutz überall. Küche und Bäder eine Zumutung. Haare, Schmutz und Gestank. Abzocke pur. Ein Alptraum. Nie wieder!!!

Ens van ensenyar totes les cases que vam voler i més, es van adaptar als nostres horaris i vam trobar la nostra casa gràcies a elles. També ens van assessorar a l’hora de les reformes, en definitiva, estem encantats amb la nostra nova casa a Pals.

Fantastic experience: Marta de Fincas Pals nos ayudó en todo el papeleo que supuso la venta de la casa de un familiar ya fallecido, la herencia, el pago de los impuestos,... ella se encargó de contactar con notarios, gestores, etc. Y luego vendió la casa super rápido. Recomendamos sus servicios por su rapidez, disponibilidad y empatía.
