J’ai vendu ma maison avec leur aide, elles ont suivi la vente du début à la fin, m’ont conseillé très bien sur les aspects fiscaux. Marta a suivi presque une année mon dossier de remboursement auprès l’Agencia Tributaria avec un retour positif de la part de l’administration. J’ai vraiment apprécié leur aide car je suis à l’étranger et communiquer en espagnol avec la banque, l’Administration s’est avéré impossible pour moi. Marta a tout pris en charge et a résolu les problèmes avec beaucoup d’implication et responsabilité. Je recommande vivement d’effectuer des transactions immobilières avec cette agence, j’ai eu une de mes meilleures expériences en Espagne en travaillant avec eux. Negative experience: Das für 300 € pro Tag vermietete Haus war schrecklich. Dreckig. Total herunter gekommen. Voller Ameisen. Pool und Grundstück ungepflegt. Mobiliar uralt. Dieser Schmutz überall. Küche und Bäder eine Zumutung. Haare, Schmutz und Gestank. Abzocke pur. Ein Alptraum. Nie wieder!!!
