Fantastic experience: They have looked after our rental property, dealt with all the Spanish bureaucracy and maintenance. Very good local knowledge and tradespeople.

Negative experience: Compleet onbetrouwbaar. Vrienden boden de vraagprijs, PCI communiceert dit met de verkoper, deze accepteert hun bod, het huis wordt van de website gehaald en deze makelaar (?) feliciteert onze vrienden. Dan belt er een nieuwe, potentiële koper, die eerder lager bood. Wat deze makelaar daarna doet, is ongehoord. De eerdere deal wordt gecanceld en vervolgens laat ze deze 2 partijen tegen elkaar opbieden..... en nou komt het..... waarbij PCI DE BEDRAGEN VAN DE BIEDINGEN VAN DE 1 DOORGEEFT AAN DE ANDER EN ANDERSOM. Dus niet het hoogste bod accepteren, maar kopers ronduit tegen elkaar uitspelen. PCI is geen makelaar, maar een veilingmeester! Onze vrienden zijn compleet gedesillusioneerd vertrokken naar Nederland. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Completamente poco confiable. Los amigos ofrecieron el precio solicitado, PCI se lo comunica al vendedor, quien acepta su oferta, la casa es retirada del sitio web y este agente inmobiliario (?) felicita a nuestros amigos. Luego llama un nuevo comprador potencial, que antes ofrecía un precio más bajo. Lo que este corredor hace a continuación es inaudito. El acuerdo anterior se cancela y luego hace que estas 2 partes pujen entre sí... y aquí viene... donde PCI PASA LAS CANTIDADES DE LAS OFERTAS DEL 1 AL OTRO Y VICE. Por lo tanto, no acepte la oferta más alta, simplemente enfrente a los compradores entre sí. ¡PCI no es un corredor, sino un subastador! Nuestros amigos se fueron a Holanda completamente desilusionados. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Completely unreliable. Friends offered the asking price, PCI communicates this to the seller, who accepts their offer, the house is removed from the website and this broker (?) congratulates our friends. Then a new, potential buyer calls, who previously offered lower. What this broker does next is unheard of. The previous deal is cancelled and then she lets these 2 parties bid against each other..... and now comes the thing..... where PCI PASSES ON THE AMOUNTS OF THE BIDS FROM ONE TO THE OTHER AND VICE VERSA. So not accepting the highest bid, but playing buyers off against each other. PCI is not a broker, but an auctioneer! Our friends have left for the Netherlands completely disillusioned. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Complètement peu fiable. Des amis proposent le prix demandé, PCI le communique au vendeur, qui accepte son offre, la maison est retirée du site et cet agent immobilier (?) félicite nos amis. Puis un nouvel acheteur potentiel appelle, qui avait auparavant proposé une offre inférieure. Ce que fait ensuite ce courtier est du jamais vu. L'accord précédent est annulé et ensuite elle fait enchérir ces 2 parties l'une contre l'autre... et voilà... où PCI PASSAGE LES MONTANTS DES OFFRES DE L'UNE À L'AUTRE ET VICE. N’acceptez donc pas l’offre la plus élevée, mais montez simplement les acheteurs les uns contre les autres. PCI n'est pas un courtier, mais un commissaire-priseur ! Nos amis sont partis aux Pays-Bas complètement désillusionnés. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Völlig unzuverlässig. Freunde haben den geforderten Preis angeboten, PCI teilt dies dem Verkäufer mit, der sein Angebot annimmt, das Haus wird von der Website entfernt und dieser Immobilienmakler (?) gratuliert unseren Freunden. Dann ruft ein neuer, potenzieller Käufer an, der zuvor niedriger angeboten hat. Was dieser Broker als nächstes tut, ist unbekannt. Der vorherige Deal wird storniert und dann lässt sie diese beiden Parteien gegeneinander bieten ... und hier kommt es ... wo PCI die Beträge der Gebote von einer auf die andere und umgekehrt weiterleitet. Nehmen Sie also nicht das höchste Angebot an, sondern spielen Sie die Käufer einfach gegeneinander aus. PCI ist kein Makler, sondern ein Auktionator! Völlig desillusioniert reisten unsere Freunde in die Niederlande

Fantastic experience: Très bonne agence, service professionnel et notre interlocutrice parlait français. Location dans une résidence à Begur par PCI : satisfait à 100% sur les prestations. Si nous revenons dans le secteur, nous repasserons par PCI sans aucune hésitation.
