C’est la plus mauvaise des agences immobilières de Roses, d’ailleurs tous les propriétaires le disent Mr TM et Mr BC qui sont venu vous réclamer de payer l’amende par ce que vous avez pas déclaré les travaux y compris Mr JLP que tu lui a pris son argent, en lui mentant que le notaire de Roses a cédé l’étude et parti en retraite ce qui est tout à fait faux. Pour se retrouver chez un autre à Figueres, plus les malfaçons qui nous a communiqué avec son épouse et qu’on a constaté à l’œil nue sur place. Tout cela et vous osez encore ramener votre fraise. Vraiment gonflée Pour les nouveaux acquéreurs, faites attention pour acheter en Espagne, prenez un avocat et vaut mieux acheter un bien chez un notaire et non plus chez une agence surtout comme celle-ci avec une mauvaise réputation. Negative experience: Last year we rented an apartment via Booking.com, with the description that platja la punta would be a 150m walk away. Upon arrival, it turned out this was not true, but the location was high in the mountains. We reported this on the same day to gmid immo to see if there was a solution for us. Since all the other apartments were also rented according to the host, they could only refund us half of the rented amount according to the rules. Meanwhile, everything in the area was fully booked. We were backed into a corner, we had no other option but to stay with children who were scared in the car. When asked for a full refund after a few days or to provide compensation, the landlord went silent and did not respond (not very nice to ignore customers). Booking.com tried to reach out via email to refund half of the rent as previously proposed, however, they never responded to that. During checkout, we received a message that if no one was present, we could deposit the keys in the mailbox via WhatsApp. To this, I expressed once again that we had a pending inquiry regarding compensation, and I received a message late in the afternoon that they were busy and had never experienced anything regarding our situation. After that, I urgently requested compensation again, but there has been no response from their side to this day. We looked forward to this for a year and it has significantly affected our holiday joy. They rent apartments but do not help you find a solution in case of problems.

Negative experience: Nefasto, estafadores. En primer lugar me dejaron tirada con la llaves sin enseñarme el piso. Nadie quiso venir a arreglar el aire. Tuve que comprar un ventilador antes que me dieran solución.limpio el piso la primera vez, me mandan a limpiar otra vez para que la final se queden con la fianza . Osea no lo recomiendo para nada . Mienten más que hablan . No se se son los propietarios o la agencia pero ninguno vale la pena. Nefarious, escrocs. D'abord, ils m'ont laissé allongé avec les clés sans me montrer le sol. Personne ne voulait venir réparer l'air. J'ai dû acheter un ventilateur avant qu'ils ne me donnent une solution.Je nettoie le sol la première fois, ils m'envoient nettoyer à nouveau pour que la fin soit laissée avec la caution. Je veux dire que je ne le recommande pas du tout. Ils mentent plus qu'ils ne parlent. Ils ne sont ni les propriétaires ni l'agence mais aucun n'en vaut la peine.
