Negative experience: PROBLÈMES QUALITÉ ET SERVICE Construction neuve livrée il y a 3 ans. De très nombreux problèmes de qualité signalés depuis plus d'un an. Service défaillant (ou passage express sans régler le fond). Leur réponse fin 2025: " Il s'agit d'entretien normal. Pas de garantie PROCASA". Malgré plusieurs demandes, aucune explication de prise en main faite pour les équipements livrés: horloge éclairage extérieure et piscine, ventilation garage, pompes de relevage, fonctionnement automatique du groupe électrogène en cas de coupure d'électricité. Complément de message suite à votre réponse du 5 février. Je précise et vous rappelle que de nombreux courriers vous ont été transmis depuis la première année et dans les délais de garantie légale en Espagne. Les photos transmises à cet avis montrent que les réponses et les actions ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les travaux n’ont pas été réalisés dans les règles de l’art de la construction. Exemple: - Peinture qui se décompose ou se décolle sur la construction et le métal. Pour un travail sérieux et durable il aurait fallu bien nettoyer le support, appliquer un primaire d’accrochage puis 2 couches de peinture de bonne qualité (ex peinture silicone) - Boîtes aux lettres: Celles que vous nous avez installées sont prévues pour être posées en intérieur sous abri. C’est la cause de leur vieillissement très précoce. Comme vous l’indiquez dans votre message, la proximité du milieu humide et salin aurait dû vous obliger à utiliser des fournitures avec un minimum de résistance (préférer l’aluminium au métal pas cher et une peinture de qualité) et soigner le travail. Garde-corps piscine mal fixés, risque de crée un accident. Portillon d’entrée qui pose problème depuis la livraison, vous nous aviez indiqué par écrit en mai 2025 procéder à la pose d’un amortisseur hydraulique, toujours rien! Positive experience: Hello, we bought an apartment with the Procasa agency. The initial contacts with Carine, the salesperson, were excellent and we closed the deal thanks to her. However, the meetings with Natalia, the agency director, were not as warm and her stubbornness delayed the handover of the keys by 15 days. Natalia was the downside of our transaction. Our trusting relationships with Carine enabled the sale of another apartment and a house. We thank Carine without whom our move to Roses would not have been possible. We commend her professionalism and availability. Regarding the layout of our rooftop, we did not choose the study office in Roses. The waiting times for quotes and their costs were prohibitive.
