Negative experience: The accommodation was nothing like described in the pictures and very run-down. There were no towels, comforters, or bed sheets available. Not even rags to clean up the remaining dirt. Very old furnishings, and I was afraid to touch anything because it was so dirty. The deposit has not been returned to this day. I can only advise against booking there. I would prefer to give no stars at all.

Negative experience: Not very professional. Proud and arrogant, at least the girl we dealt with about the property. They haven't helped us with the issues of the rented property and have focused on criticizing us. Normally, you leave the keys in the house itself, but they made us go to the real estate agency to return them. I would not manage the rental of a property with them again.
