Negative experience: Don't buy from HERCESA, the neighbors of the Aldovea neighborhood in Torrejón de Ardoz have been waiting a year for the delivery of the apartments and currently have no electricity because there is a problem with Iberdrola. No one provides any kind of explanation, if they don't step up we will go to the media.

Negative experience: I have a house in phase 4 of HI CAÑAVERAL and the after-sales service does not take care of any of the incidents and defects in our houses. They have been dragging things out for a year without fixing any of the damages. They are a bunch of shameless scammers, starting with Jose Luis from the After-Sales Service. The houses have dampness that they refuse to fix, windows that crack for no reason at all. The floors are poorly installed and creak constantly when walked on. In summary, they are a mafia of scammers disguised as a construction company.

Negative experience: IMPORTANT UPDATE: They delivered an urban development of 204 homes in December 2022, since the delivery, the fire alarm goes off continuously at any hour, even in the early morning, forcing some neighbors to go down to fix it and not letting the rest sleep. The situation is such that it has been decided to disconnect the alarms that sound the most from the system, so that neighbors can sleep. The administrators have been demanding this from HI, which clearly needs to solve it, as it has not worked since minute one. HI, of course, has not provided solutions, so according to the communication from the administrators, this construction company will be responsible for what may happen. Not recommended. After-sales department without a phone and not responding to emails. Multiple defects in the new construction home that they just delivered to me, after 8 months many issues are still pending and new ones keep arising, it seems like they no longer pay attention, so in the end, it will be necessary to file a complaint with consumer protection. Another thing, when they come to fix something, on some occasions, they break something else or make a huge mess.
