Fantastic experience: Conchi is a great professional, it has been a pleasure working with her, serious and trustworthy, with impeccable management, every problem that has arisen she has been solving, a highly recommended agency.
Thank you very much Borja for your words, which encourage us to continue providing the best service.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, Conchi is a great professional with many years of experience, she knows the real estate market perfectly. Together with Yus and Bárbara, they made the entire sales process easy and efficient, it's a luxury to have such a great team. Thank you very much.
Thank you very much for your words, Ana, and for valuing our work; it pushes us to continue striving to improve every day. We are very glad that you are satisfied with our service :)
Negative experience: Regrettable, only good words, no solutions. I've been waiting for more than a year and a half for the return of the contributions we made two years ago in the cooperative you manage, Ribera Butarque. The manager is the most unpleasant and despotic person there could be, he doesn’t inform, doesn’t respond to emails, and if you manage to talk to him, he brushes you off saying he is tired of being called about €2000. Shameful. I DO NOT AGREE, you are equally responsible, don’t throw the stone and hide your hand.
Thank you very much Gema for your comment, the project of the Ribera de Butarque cooperative that is already underway and practically pending delivery has been undertaken with a lot of enthusiasm and effort. At Cotrex, we also do not understand why the refund of the amount you claim has not been made. The numerous times you have contacted us, we have informed the manager of your situation, with which we do not agree at any time. We hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. As you know, it is not in our hands.
