Negative experience: DON'T BELIEVE IN THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!!!! I had a very bad experience with this real estate agency, I showed interest in an apartment they had, we made an offer that the owners rejected and they made us lose 3000 € which they refused to return, after urging them to have a little humanity, they are bad people, the agents who show the houses do not know the information about the properties well, THEY PUT A LOT OF PRESSURE AND MAKE VERY COLD SALES!!!! Fate will make them pay.
We understand your frustration, as we are also frustrated. After 2 months of working for free to secure the negotiation, and once it was secured, you backed out of the purchase. We operate under the law and with contracts that are signed to protect both parties, buyer and seller. (Art. 1454 of the Civil Code), which states that once negotiated and signed by both parties (buyer and seller), the deposit is delivered to the property, agreeing that either party that does not proceed with the purchase-sale process will be penalized. Buyer: loss of the deposit in favor of the seller. Seller: return of double amounts to the buyer.

Negative experience: Catastrófico servicio,me atendieron fatal,no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria a nadie, si no os gusta trabajar de cara al público buscaros otro trabajo,se me quitaron las ganas de ver un piso. Servicio pésimo.
