Positive experience: I am the owner of a flat that I have left for them to rent out and I am astonished by so many complaints that I read; if they are true, it is certainly worth reporting. In my case, it is true that it was rented out very quickly, but we have had to pay, in addition to everything they tell you, some fees that they do not communicate, and once signed you don't even know what to do. I hope no more problems occur. Best regards.

Negative experience: If you find an apartment on Idealista managed by these people, ignore it. They charge more than what is indicated in the description. I don't care about the commissions they want to charge, but then they add VAT to the rent of the property, which means that the apartment costs more than what they say. For example, they advertise an apartment for 1000 euros, but it ends up costing 1300 euros a month. In short, they deceive people and make them waste their time.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professionals. They find apartments that suit your needs and streamline the tedious rental process, making it a much easier and simpler experience. Especially Hugo Mesa, a 10 out of 10 employee, who assisted me with all the arrangements and resolved any questions I had during the process and stay in my new apartment.

Negative experience: You are the worst, you charge hidden fees and are asking for 5 months of deposit in total with hidden names. Thieves, you should be closed down already.

Negative experience: It should be removed from the real estate sector, they impose conditions and charges outside the law.

Negative experience: Scammers. I signed a contract with them before the new housing law, having to pay them 1 month + VAT in fees, which I can understand to a certain extent since it was not legislated at that time. Now they have changed the name of those fees and call it 'tenant assistance service,' which did not exist before the law and is simply a way to try to keep charging fees, and there is no way to not hire this service; it is MANDATORY. Besides the security deposit and the current month, they ask for another month of security deposit, which is supposed to be fully returned if a year has passed since signing, or the proportional part if at least 6 months have passed and you notify them at least 30 days in advance that you are leaving the apartment. I have to move because of work and I have done everything correctly; my utility bills are up to date, I have not missed a single rental payment, and I notified them of my move 30 days in advance, stating that it is for work reasons. They sent me an email 1 hour later saying that they will not return ANY of the second deposit because their specific conditions state that they are not obliged and that my reason for leaving the apartment early does not seem sufficient to them. The contract clearly states that the requirements to return the proportional part are the minimum 6 months and the 30 days and that if any bill is unpaid, they would have the right to collect the difference. I have done everything correctly, and still, in the 7 months I have been with their services, they have kept €1500 of mine. The service has been terrible; they charge the owner €40 every time I tried to communicate a problem with the property until the owner got fed up and eventually gave me his personal number to report incidents (what a Tenant Assistance Service...). I follow the correct steps to vacate the apartment and be as little trouble as possible, yet they still want to take more money. On top of that, I know of cases where acquaintances took utility bills to the key handover, as they insist on changing ownership themselves and tell you not to do it, and they received a bill for the last 3 months of gas and electricity, which they deny any responsibility for, saying they can't do anything and that they need to talk to the owner of the property they rented before to see if he would return the money, which I am 100% sure will also happen to me since they are incompetent. I hope the complaint pending from FACUA against them and other real estate agencies for trying to continue charging fees to tenants disguised as supposed services that they do not actually provide will do something; they have no shame.

Negative experience: If you can, escape from this band of parasites. Not only do they ask for 3 months' rent to enter an apartment, but you also have to pay them a fourth month's rent for 'attention'. But what do you think we are, the tenants, the Bank of Spain? These real estate agencies should be illegal.

Negative experience: Parece que os van a pedir un mes de fianza y te acaban pidiendo 3 meses, de los cuáles uno es para ellos porque te ofrecen un servicio de atención al cliente (básicamente como casero entiendo) al que hay que sumarle el IVA. Seguro que antes de la ley no reclamaban esto...

Negative experience: I called interested in an apartment and they commented on the conditions for the rental. Contrary to what the new law states, they want to charge a monthly fee + VAT for fees to the tenant. I told them that the law says the owner pays it, and then they talk about how their fees are (they try to disguise it to make it seem legal) because they offer an administrative service, like changing the name on utilities, handyman service...etc. I told them that I don't need this service and I don't want to hire it. They told me that I have to hire it. THEY DO NOT OFFER IT TO YOU, THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY IT IF YOU WANT THE APARTMENT. Therefore, they are acting illegally.

Negative experience: Pésima atención. Evaden sus responsabilidades, no facilitan la comunicación cliente-propietario, no atienden las reclamaciones ( no facilitan de hecho la hoja de reclamaciones y dificultan su gestión), etc. Nada recomendables.

Negative experience: Mala gestión por parte de la gestora de firmas llamada Yolanda y mala gestión por parte de la gestora gestion integral llamadaAna . Un montón de fallos incomprensible y errores en toda la gestion

Negative experience: Experiencia horrible, no ayudan en nada, no se para que están ahí, ya te podrían a ver explicado que cuando haces la reserva que hay que poner 200, te podrian a ver explicado en ese momento que encima te cobran 8€ de fianza, la cual eso 8€, no lo devuelven. Les pagan por estar ahí sentados en la oficina.

Negative experience: Todo comienza con la entrega de llaves: por teléfono, le indican a mi compañero de piso que sin ningún tipo de problema, podemos ir a depositar las llaves en distintos momentos (ya que por horarios laborales distintos, no podemos hacerlo de una única vez), pues al llegar a la oficina para hacer la entrega de las mismas, me indican que no las pueden recepcionar, puesto que lo tenemos que hacer de manera conjunta, habiendo perdido gran parte del tiempo de mi trabajo y no puediendo hacerlo en otro momento… por favor, informen a sus empleados de manera correcta. Por otro lado, nos llega una factura de gas de ASEnergy (compañia de Alquiler Seguro) por un gasto desde el día 22/07/2022 hasta el 11/08/2022. Habiendo dejado el piso el 31/07/2022 y siendo habitado por otros inquilinos desde el día 05/08/2022 el domicilio, viendo que pudiera haber sido un error, nos ponemos en contacto con la compañía y con Alquiler Seguro para que puedan subsanar este error. El problema viene cuando por parte de los mismos, además de no poder darnos una solución, nos comunican que es responsabilidad del cambio de titularidad no es suya, si no del propietario del domicilio… tras habernos indicado éste que ,Alquiler Seguro, le informó que el cambio de la titularidad de los gastos lo haría la citada inmobiliaria. A día de hoy, no entendemos cómo una inmobiliaria a la que se le ha pagado unos honorarios por parte de los inquilinos y que el propietario de un piso, abone mensualmente unos pagos, no sea capaz de resolver un problema y dé esta sensación de inseguridad quitándose responsabilidades y viéndose beneficiada por sus compañías de energía. NO RECOMIENDO NADA ALQUILAR UNA VIVIENDA EN LA QUE LA INTERMEDIARIA SEA ESTA INMOBILIARIA.

Negative experience: Una vez finalizado nuestro alquiler como inquilinos, sin que hubiéramos causado el más mínimo contratiempo o quebradero de cabeza durante la vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, son incapaces de realizar el cambio de titularidad de los gastos de suministros, sobre todo cuando hicimos la entrega de las llaves antes del plazo de vencimiento del contrato y contando ya la vivienda con nuevos inquilinos. Esta dejadez se pone en mayor evidencia cuando el mismo propietario de la vivienda manifestó a Alquiler "Seguro" que habían nuevos inquilinos y solicitando el cambio de titularidad. Frente a esta situación Alquiler "Seguro" responde echando balones fuera y responsabilizando a la propiedad de la vivienda, cuando ellos mismos asumieron el compromiso de realizar el cambio de titularidad. Más de 3 días realizando constantes llamadas y escribiendo correos para que no ofrezcan ninguna solución, ya que se niegan a remitirte al departamento con el que necesitas hablar. En definitiva: esta es una inmobiliaria que carece de utilidad tanto para los propietarios como para los inquilinos. Si es incapaz de gestionar un simple cambio de titularidad en los recibos de suministros, cómo pretende garantizar la integridad y disponibilidad de la vivienda frente a los ocupas.

Negative experience: 3 dias seguidos llamando y no cogen el telefono… cuando marcas otra opcion para que te atiendan te dicen que no te pueden pasar directamente con el departamento que necesitas, que tienes que insistir. Todo encima por un problema causado por su culpa en el que se me ha cobrado un suministro cuando ya no vivo en ese piso (gracias a que han hecho mal y tarde el cambio de titularidad) Huir de este tipo de inmobiliarias, no valen para nada

Negative experience: Fatal, alquiler seguro lleva una gestión pésima, y nunca da la cara por el inquilino

Negative experience: Impersonal, mala gestión. Me han subido 140€ el piso en dos años que llevamos aquí. No puedo hablar con el casero y me tienen entre la espada y la pared con el contrato, tampoco me puedo ir del piso hasta que pase un año más porque sino me hacen pagar una millonada. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE ESTA AGENCIA.

Negative experience: Condiciones de contratación abusivas y un riesgo oculto para el cliente. Hay que escarbar en los contratos, para tener claras las contraprestaciones. Te tiran el precio del alquiler.
