Negative experience: Appalling service and treatment. A horror. They wanted us to finance the purchase of any property, otherwise, they won't sell it to you.

As we have mentioned, the situation of the apartment you inquired about has a priority for clients who finance, but at no time do we force anyone. In fact, you wanted us to prioritize you over people who already had an appointment to view the apartment. Even so, your attitude has been disrespectful to the office staff and the company. Additionally, in other reviews, you can see clients who have purchased without financing. Furthermore, you were not even the client as you represented a company, M.H.C.B, which intermediates in asset management, with whom we only work with end clients.

Asesoramiento profesional, cualquier duda era resuelta hasta que lo entendía todo y trato exquisito. Visto esto les retiro el piso a la anterior agencia y lo dejo en manos de Alejandro a mediados de febrero En fecha de hoy 4/5/2023 hemos firmado la venta. En este tiempo he sido informado de los avances, las visitas realizadas a la vivienda etcétera. Por mi parte repetiría con ellos y los recomiendo totalmente. Un asesor de 10 y que espero consiga todos los objetivos que se proponga dentro de la empresa.

Negative experience: Son muy insistentes en cuanto a buscar casas para vender... hasta el punto de ir a tu casa varias veces llamando en diferentes horarios (nada acertados, ya que no saben que horarios tienes tu) cuando ya les as dicho que no estas interesado, por no hablar de la propaganda en el buzon dia si y dia también. se que es vuestro trabajo pero respetad a la gente.
