Negative experience: Pésimo servicio, son muy incompetentes, no conocen la ley de arrendamientos urbanos, han tratado de cobrarnos el doble de indemnización por rescindir el contrato antes de 1 año. Si habéis firmado con ellos antes del 1 de mayo de 2023, revisad vuestro apartado de indemnizaciones y mirad si os han dividido la cuota entre 6 ya que debía poner que la cuota se divide entre 12, comparadlo con la ley de arrendamientos urbanos art. 11 por lo que a muchos os habrán cobrado el doble de lo que tenía que ser, así que podéis reclamarles lo que os deben. Solo miran por el propietario e intentan sacar hasta el último euro del inquilino, no te ayudan en nada, si necesitas consultar algo con ellos no sirve para nada ya que sus servicios jurídicos son pésimos y tendrás que hacer la consulta a terceros. Agradecer a un trabajador A.R. que ha gestionado todo de forma competente.
