Negative experience: They advertise apartments in Vera Playa on Idealista and when you ask for information, they redirect you to the Ensanche de Vallecas real estate office. I requested information via email to schedule an appointment and/or get information and they did not respond. We went to the office on 12/08 at 17:30 to ask for information about the advertised listing and the salesperson told us that we need to go to the Vera (Almería) office to request the information. So, why do you advertise it on Idealista with the Vallecas office??? We wasted the afternoon going for nothing. The salesperson showed zero empathy in being able to manage any information through the Vera office. If there were zero stars, I would give them that.

Negative experience: They post ads on Idealista at a lower price than it really is, it's a waste of time.

Negative experience: Don't buy anything from them. I wanted to buy a commercial property suitable for housing as an investment, the salesperson, a guy named V, hurried me into paying quickly because there were several interested parties in renting the property. When I applied for a loan to finalize the deed quickly, they made up that by looking out for me, they studied the financial situation of the clients, and none of the interested parties is viable. After several months of paying a loan I took out to buy the property quickly, they told me they couldn't refund my money and started returning it to me in parts according to their interest. After two years of waiting, this guy is now completely unresponsive and does nothing. BE VERY CAREFUL, THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.

Negative experience: The worst in the neighborhood. They take exclusive listings to sell and use them as bait to sell the new ones they have for sale. Moreover, they make up visits and do not show up at the property. If you don't want to waste your time, go to any other real estate agency. This is a scam.

Negative experience: It is no longer a real estate mall, now it is Premier and you need to make an appointment to be attended, otherwise there is no one available.

Fantastic experience: Recomendable 100% - Puse a la venta un piso en el centro de Madrid en Abril 2021 y habiendo estado con otras inmobiliarias sin éxito, ellos fueron los que consiguieron en tiempo record (2 meses) finalizar la venta. Recomiendo a Alejandro (asesor comercial encargado de la venta) y a Vicente (coordinador de la operación) como dos grandes responsables en el sector. Siempre presentes en todo el proceso de la venta, y todo muy claro. Ya digo recomendable 100%

Negative experience: Si quieres alquilar o comprar, huye lo más lejos que puedas de esta "empresa" gestionan los contratos, pero luego te derivan a plataformas online para cualquier gestión, negando incluso la información que aparece en ese contrato... En fin... En serio, no os planteeis nunca nada con esta gente. Y yo únicamente hablo de una plaza de garaje, no me quiero ni imaginar, algo tipo piso o local o similar... Si hablamos del trato... En fin... Les pedí un cartel en plan "plaza alquilada" y me dijeron que si, que me podía yo imprimir un cartel sin problema... Ah, y no te dan acceso a la plaza por el portal, tiene que ser por la rampa! Superseguro!! Y el mando sin pilas! Eso si, la fianza y los gastos por anticipado eh! Cuidado gente...
