Negative experience: They are harassment!! They keep coming to my door, calling me every now and then to ask if I want to sell my apartment when I have never been interested in selling my property and have never contacted them for anything at all. It is outrageous that such things are allowed; they don't understand what data protection law is. I don't know how to make them leave me alone.

Negative experience: What a bunch of scoundrels, not recommended at all. They charge both the buyer and the seller. With the little time they've been in the neighborhood, they are known for how thieving they are.
Good morning Mr. Antonio Calvo, first of all, accusing someone of theft without evidence or justification is slander and is punishable by law, so I would choose my words carefully before accusing a person or company. Secondly, we do not have any record of this in our database and therefore do not understand the reason for the accusation, it might be that you are a client of another office and have mixed up. Thirdly, regarding the fees charged for mediating in the purchase/sale of a property, it is no secret what Tecnocasa as a brand charges its clients, as the pricing brochure is published in all offices. Lastly, but by no means least, we (Tecnocasa) in Vallecas have been here for more than 15 years. Best regards.
