Fantastic experience: Finally, the sale of our apartment has been completed. There was an issue at the beginning that was beyond the real estate agency and us, but a solution was found. While we were not in the apartment, they installed an alarm for us to feel at ease. We want to thank Kenny for being so persistent in the sale and for solving all our doubts, he's almost like family now, and to Leo and the other colleagues who were there until the end, we will remember you for the future!

Negative experience: Os quiero prevenir de que ni se os ocurra contactar con esta inmobiliaria ya que sobre el precio publicado cobran aparte al comprador una comisión de 10.000 Euros , que te dicen que al propietario No hay que decirle nada, ya que cobran a los dos, por lo que se llevan casi el 20% del importe que esta el pisos en venta, cuando el piso vale 150.000 euros, es una burrada cobra esos importes, por lo que no recomiendo para nada que un propietario o comprador les compre un piso, que aparte por no tener no tienen ni pagina en internet para ver sus pisos, es un poco oscuro todo, y su agresividad comercial también es excesiva en presionar para que les compres el piso.
Hola Romane Noury, des de JS Inmobiliaria queremos comunicarle que no cobramos en absolutamente ningún caso una comisión de 10.000€ en cualquiera de los pisos que tenemos en venta. Por consecuencia no cobramos ni de lejos el 20% del valor del inmueble. Parece que usted ha confundido los importes y porcentajes a pagar o financiar. Le invitamos a volver a nuestra oficina para explicarle, de nuevo, los costes de comprar una vivienda en el caso que usted se haya interesado por alguno de nuestros pisos, ya que con el nombre que escribe, nosotros no hemos realizado ninguna visita y desconocemos si usted es un cliente o mas bien alguien de la competencia.

Negative experience: Dos veces he intentado ver un piso en Queisans y las dos veces me han dejado esperando en la calle casi media hora y con un bebé en brazos. Poca educación y encima de enfadan ellos por su falta de puntualidad y comunicación.

Fantastic experience: Lástima que no haya más estrellas, porque se las merecen todas. Con lo "traumático" que es el proceso de la venta de una casa y lo fácil que lo han hecho. Una mención especial a Leo, comercial que ha gestionado la venta de mi piso. Bajo ningún concepto quería hacerlo a través de una inmobiliaria. Sin embargo, su perseverancia me dio confianza. El mismo día de sacarlo a la venta me trajo un cliente, el cuál lo compró y por el precio que yo pedía. Me acompañó en todo el proceso, adelantándose a posibles incidencias e informándome en todo momento de forma proactiva. Un gran profesional. Gracias Leo!

Negative experience: Impresentables!!!!. Quedo con ellos para ver un trastero, me dan PLANTON, me llaman con una excusa poco creible i cundo vuelvo a quedar para verlo 20 minutos antes cuando ya estoy de camino me llaman que ya tienen reserva. Al dia siguiente les digo que podian esperar que lo viera (mi marido lo habia visto y nos interesaba) y dicen que no tenian la reserva hasta la tarde si pago 4.000 euros más de comisión es mío. Un trastero de 7.500 € 4000 € al que compra Sin comentarios...
Saludos Anna, después de revisar la gestión podemos decirle que es cierto que no acudimos a la hora especificada y por ello le pedimos disculpas en el momento y se las reiteramos. También le podemos recordar que buscamos una solución y el mismo día hicimos la visita con su marido (dos horas después) y quedó informado, al no hacer reserva si llegaba otro cliente y decidía reservarlo cancelaríamos las visitas agendadas. Desgraciadamente para usted, varios dás después de que su marido viera el trastero, fue reservado y se lo comunicamos. El precio del trastero y de nuestros honorarios fueron explicados y aceptados en todo momento, por eso seguían interesados en el producto. De parte del equipo de JS Inmobiliaria le comunicamos que tratamos de dar el mejor servicio y atención a nuestros clientes, es por eso que le llamamos antes de la visita para no hacerle perder el tiempo, ya que teníamos un comprador.
Negative experience: Como 'agentes inmobiliarios' dejan bastante que desear en cuestión de ética y moral. Su actitud no puede ser más ruin.

Revisando lo que ha sucedido con la gestión, podemos decir que hemos actuado según marca el contrato. Cuando realiza una paga y señal con una propuesta a la baja, se entiende que usted está decidido y comprometido, que en caso de ser aceptada, se deben respetar los puntos que marca el contrato y continuar con el proceso de compra. Si usted decide retractarse, es consciente que pierde la paga y señal. Le propusimos modificar las fechas para darle más facilidades y usted decidió no continuar. Entienda usted que no se trata de ética y moral. Se trata de seriedad y profesionalidad.
