Negative experience: We were interested in a house in Roquetes for 149 thousand euros. We spoke with Zule (seller) and with Víctor (owner) of the Tecnocasa Agency. From the beginning, communication was complicated and filled with lies. We discovered that the actual owner of the apartment was the agency owner (Víctor) and they were telling us lies, such as that it was complicated to speak with the owner, that to see the community deed we had to pay the administrator, that the commissions for this apartment were charged to the buyers because the owner did not want to pay them, etc. We requested to make a deposit, but they told us it was not possible, and they proposed to pay a very high reservation fee (7000€) instead of the deposit and cover the agency's commissions during the reservation (3%). When we were ready to sign, our lawyer discovered that they could not sell the apartment because the simple note had a charge that they had not removed when they bought the apartment 6 months ago. We had to wait more than 2 months for Víctor to clean the register and set the purchase date. When everything was ready to close the sale, they never responded to the phone again and stopped answering on WhatsApp. Lack of professionalism and respect. If you have to buy something with them, hire a lawyer and carefully verify that the documents are correct. Do not expect anything good from Víctor and Zule. Unacceptable.

Negative experience: My parents sold their house through this real estate agency and the experience has been very negative. It highlights the lack of transparency and clear, direct communication which breeds distrust, insecurity, and discomfort, making a process that is already difficult, such as selling your primary residence, even more challenging and uncomfortable. Added to this is the selfish attitude of the agency, evident in its tendency to maximize profits and its own interests at the expense of sellers and buyers (because the buyer of our house, like us, also had a bad experience with the agency) and the unprofessional treatment from its employees, postponing and canceling meetings without notice and delaying the moment of informing certain important aspects of the process. Ultimately, the buying-selling process went well thanks to the willingness and flexibility of the buyer of our home and the agency that handled the purchase of our next home, which kindly helped and accompanied us throughout the process. This real estate agency did not collaborate at all. We are happy and relieved that everything turned out well in the end and that we have finished the process and contact with this agency, which after the final signing of the sale has not even said goodbye. Not recommended. P.S.: After talking with different real estate agents from various agencies, they all agreed on the immorality of the TecnoCasa agency, as it is one of the few agencies that, in addition to charging a good fee from the seller of a property, also takes a good fee from the buyer of the same. This is an aspect we have confirmed with our own experience.

Negative experience: They are scammers! They took a deposit for a house amounting to 11000 euros, we couldn't get the mortgage. It turned out that in the house we wanted to buy in Torra Baro, there were technical problems and 34 m for the documents instead of 85. Director Victor swore that we would get everything back, and then he blocked my phone and my husband's. We are going to court! We really want to warn people about these scammers!

Negative experience: Terrible company. They seem more like fraudsters who take the money and do not perform their work at all. The employees are not professionals. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I hope that when someone reads my review, they think twice about contacting you. I'm going to give specifics, I went to see the apartment in Torre Baro, Martorelles street, I was supposed to see a ground floor and they showed me a 3rd floor, nothing like the pictures. I asked some questions before going to visit it, and I was lied to.

Negative experience: People are very unprofessional. After telling us that the owner 'has been enchanted with another profile', we were told that they would refund our reservation money. On Friday we spoke and arranged to collect the money on Tuesday since we paid the reservation in cash. My partner went in the morning to collect the money and was told it wasn’t there. They told us to come back in the afternoon. We did so. At first, I entered alone, waiting for the money to be ready, I left the car outside without parking to just go in and out. The girl told me the money wasn't there and on top of that asked if I could take a walk and come back in 15 minutes because they would bring the money. I stayed. They didn’t bring the money with excuses that the franchisee had to bring it. We agreed that the girl would bring us the money the next day. I returned with my partner and told him what happened and we decided to go back and confront them again because it's a lack of professionalism on their part. We went in and started talking. The girl said: 'You all seem not to listen. If I had a thousand euros in my wallet, I would leave it for you so I wouldn’t have to see your faces again.' Excuse me? Is this how you treat a customer? They are not doing me any favor. I just came for my money. They treated us like fools. Honestly, I don’t understand how they can lie to you so much and come up with excuses every time. If you make an arrangement with someone for a day, you prepare and that’s it. On top of that, they treat us as if it’s our fault that we come and want what belongs to us. Let's see if tomorrow they come with the money to our house or if they will make other excuses... LIARS.

Negative experience: Very poor treatment and manners towards the buyer. It feels like they are doing you a favor all the time, forgiving your life. They left me hanging on a visit, for which I expressly asked for permission at work to attend, claiming that they hadn’t properly noted the time in the agenda... On the next visit, I call two hours in advance just in case, and they tell me that it can no longer be done, without notifying me at any moment and I had reserved the entire afternoon for it again. Since they are going to charge you a 3 percent + VAT fee (which by the way is something illegal and many people take to court), at least they should provide good service. But no. Terrible service that does not justify the thousands of euros you will pay for an intermediary you didn’t ask for. If you are going to sell a flat, try to find real estate agencies from the neighborhood or nearby that do not charge a commission to the buyer and above all, that are professionals, unlike this one whose only interest is to make money based on people's needs without giving anything in return.

Negative experience: Less cannot be scored, both Victor and the other guy and the girl, each worse than the other, sell you an apartment, you pay a deposit, they don't respond, they ignore everything and want to keep the money. The best part is that they ask for the money for their fees, they have the nerve to scam you and want to rob you more, but well, everything is initially going to court and trying to ruin them because that's what they have done to our family. I don't know if it's a branch or direct Technocasa, but well, for me, let them stay without a house from now on, just like they have done with us. Logically, it's not the name of the apartment purchase, but on the day of the trial when it comes out, don't worry, I'll tell you, regards.

The first contract had a selling price that could not be achieved and the renewal had a small discount that turned out to be a winner. Negative experience: Me han hecho perder tiempo sin sentido. Anuncian apartamento de 50m por 39k sin foto. Llamo para ver si es correcto y puedo ver imágenes antes de concertar visita lo que responden que todo correcto pero no hay foto. Llego a la visita corriendo, después de trabajar y desde Gerona. Visita: es un local/garaje de 30m. No hace falta que diga más. Han perdido toda posibilidad de hacer negocios conmigo por ésta falta de profesionalidad.
