Negative experience: I saw an ad 'yours' (I put it in parentheses because reading other reviews it seems that they publish apartments by stealing photos from other portals) and it says that you have to pay a month's fees to the agency for a rental apartment haha that's been illegal for years. What a real estate agency, take a look at the rest of the reviews, they are priceless, places like this are better avoided at all costs.

As someone who understands the real estate world perfectly, I appreciate their work and customer service. Those who are unaware of the true functioning of an agency do not understand many things, and it is easy to criticize, defame, and resort to easy insults from behind a computer screen. There have always been classes and classes; at least I have never seen them disrespect anyone.

Negative experience: They use quite shady practices. They published my apartment with my photos without my consent. As soon as I confronted them, they deleted the listing but I received several threats from someone named Noelia. I wouldn't trust this real estate agency.

Fantastic experience: The service was excellent, I was treated wonderfully. I came from outside Valencia and they helped me find an apartment, handled all the paperwork and the filters, which are not easy. I'm very happy.

Negative experience: They published my apartment on real estate sites by copying my text and using my photos, without my permission, without having contacted me beforehand, without having visited the apartment, without my consent to carry out any management on the property, and without having any contact with them at any time. I called them when I realized to have the publication removed. I wonder what intentions they had, how they intended to show my apartment to people who were interested without having any contact with me, the owner? Now they are coercing me to edit the review I gave them because it's not good for them for people to see it. You never know how they act in other aspects. For all this, I would never have contact with them.

Negative experience: Les doy una estrella, porque no se puede dar ninguna. Son unos estafadores, fingieron estar interesados en mi piso como particular y luego lo publicaron ellos como si lo hubieran captado. Es el tipo de agencia que desprestigia al resto. Falsedad, deshonestos, sucios…agencias/agentes como estos deberían ser sancionados y separados del sector…unos sinvergüenzas…

Negative experience: Son unos estafadores, nos han estafado mucho dinero por ser jóvenes, y con muchas amenazas. No lo recomiendo.

Negative experience: No se merecen ni la estrella que le doy. Un señor nada profesional. Has de ir detrás de él, ya que eres el interesado. Miente más que habla. Después de enviar documentación para el seguro de impago, con la que es imposible que no le dieran el ok, llama varios días después para decir que no se la han aceptado. De juzgado de guardia. Si buscan alguien que haga bien su trabajo, no es esta persona.

Negative experience: Retrasadillos en contestar. Publican un precio y luego sale otro.

Negative experience: Doy una estrella, porque 0 no se pueden dar. 0 profesionalidad, copian anuncios que no son suyos, juegan con la gente como quieren. Todo una mentira continua. Solo miran por el dinero y para nada por el cliente o el inquilino. SI ERES ESTUDIANTE, NI PIENSES TRATAR CON ESTA GENTE.

Negative experience: no conocen la ley que tiene su trabajo, recomiendan clausulas nulas en el contrato, como por ejemplo pagarles 6 meses o un año por adelantado de alquiler al propietario. De paso les dices que eso no se puede hacer y se ponen chulos. Unos IMPRESENTABLES
