Negative experience: They force you to engage in illegal practices. They want to charge you €400 without justification for the management of the contract. This is illegal for stays of more than 6 months. It is the owner's responsibility. In a pre-contract, they forced us to purchase a €120 annual insurance. They use fraudulent practices.

Negative experience: experiencia horrible, los inquilinos llevaron meses sin pagar y la agencia no ayuda nada en reclamar el pago, por fin se han marchado los inquilinos y cuando fue el agente alli a revisar el estado del piso se rompio el las llaves y las dejo dentro de la cerradura, sin arreglar ni nada, y cuando intentas buscar una solucion te dice que te toca pagar mas de 300 euros por cambiar la cerradura, por un error que haya cometido el. Con los alquileres todavia sin pagar, mas putada no puede estar.
