Fantastic experience: I recently came across Globexs by reading the Valencia Expat Facebook group and contacted them about securing an apartment in Valencia. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Marion, one of their consultants, it was a quick and efficient process. Literally, within 3 days, I had found the perfect 2 bedroom apartment which was recently modernized and in one of the best neighborhoods in the central area. They handled everything (all contracts, negotiation, payment etc). Pablo was awesome, dealing with the landlord and the keys and the orientation and additional support after I was in the unit. I was in my new home in a matter of days, they made the appointment for registering on the Padron and walked me down to the office and handled all the paperwork to take care of that. I'm set up for my TIE appointment in mid November and hopefully that goes just as well. Obviously, there's a fee involved but in my opinion it was well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Disappointing management, I gave my keys the second week of July for them to manage the rental and they didn't post the apartment ad until September. I met many of the requirements they demanded and was paying for internet for a couple of months while they did nothing. The cleaning service is disastrous, they kept the heaters on all the time and the electricity bill skyrocketed. They moved objects around the house senselessly, placing them in absurd locations and left many things uncleaned, and I paid for it. I terminated my contract. It's not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting from them for 3 1/2 year and had only good experiences. Lodewijk has always been very responsive and any problem we had got fixed extremely fast by very friendly competent people. My stay in the apartment will be a time I always remember and am very grateful for!

Fantastic experience: I used Globexs for my move to Spain. So far the experience has been great. The staff are friendly, their communications clear and their service prompt. I have limited Spanish language skills so I used them to assist with my padrón and the process could not have gone more smoothly. It is reassuring to know that there is a full, professional staff on hand to assist me with every aspect of moving to Spain and that I can write, call or go to their office any time I need assistance.

Fantastic experience: We purchased an apartment and needed to get a digital certificate. We reached out to Globexs for help. Antonio took us to City Hall to get our digital certificate. He also set up all the links on our computer so we could make payment of the IBI. He took a stressful situation and made it simple. Much appreciated. Would highly recommend Globexs for any expat services you may need.

Negative experience: The apartment they gave me on Cadiz street in Ruzafa was full of cockroaches, in the kitchen, in the guest room, the living room; when I found 3 in the bedroom (one walking on the bed and two under it) I had to leave, I couldn't take it anymore and moved out. The apartment was on an attic floor and I could hear the mice walking on the roof. They offered me solutions but none fit my needs. I had to pay more than 900€ in fines. I don't know if all the apartments they offer are like this, but if they offer you an apartment in Cadiz, reject it. (At least my two cats spent their days happily hunting cockroaches)

Fantastic experience: We needed a lawyer for my parents as they were buying an apartment in Valencia and did not have NIE. Cristian helped us quickly with the documents and to open a bank account. I recommend him.

Negative experience: Great service but they kept my deposit for missing towels. Me and my girlfriend never took any towels and we just lose our deposit for €200. Never book via Globexs, Nestor (very bad service).

Fantastic experience: We are recent new residents of Spain. GLOBEXS has been the best thing to happen to us! Not only did they help with reviewing our visa requirements, but they also set up ALL our required appointments for NIE, TIE, and resident documentation. When we bought a home, they helped with arranging all the utilities and internet as well as support with the legal issues surrounding the purchase. They just supported us through our visa renewal, and we will be talking to them to get information about our tax responsibility next year. I showed up on the first day of my lease to a clean apartment fully equipped with everything I could need. Not only is the apartment incredible and updated but it is decorated with a whimsical touch that makes me smile every time I open my door. So lucky and thankful that Globexs was recommended by a friend and I would pass along the same recommendation to anyone looking for an apartment.

Fantastic experience: Very professional company that helped me from beginning to end with the purchase of a property until renting out my property! The professionalism of Tiscar goes above and beyond, where she guided me from beginning to end in a difficult purchase proces. Now that the sale is complete, I am working together with Marisol and Antonio to get the apartment ready for rent where I got help with electricity contracts, wifi contracts, and making sure the apartment is set up correctly for tenants. Along the whole proces they replied very fast to my e-mails and phone calls with clear communications. Especially as a foreigner (Belgian) who doesn't speak Spanish fluently, I would absolutely recommend Globexs!

Negative experience: My experience with Globexs has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I signed the lease, their appalling customer service became glaringly evident. Whenever I reached out for assistance or clarification, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of professionalism. The standards of the properties they manage are shockingly subpar. It's clear that maintenance and upkeep are not priorities for this agency. It's as if they expect tenants to tolerate living in substandard conditions without any accountability on their part. What's even worse is their dishonesty and gaslighting tactics. When I raised concerns with Penelope, she consistently downplayed the issues, making me question my own observations. It's a classic case of manipulation and avoidance of responsibility. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through Globexs to think twice. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment that I've endured. There are far better rental agencies out there that actually value their tenants and provide habitable living spaces. Steer clear of Globexs unless you want to subject yourself to a living nightmare and a horrific customer experience.

Negative experience: Multiple awful experiences with Globexs. Found them to engage in dishonest practices, to have poor customer service, and to get things wrong at every turn. Used them initially because we thought they’d make life easier in Valencia; instead, they made it worse. (But note: their dishonesty seems to stem more from incompetence/inattention to details than actual malice.) We rented 2 apartments with Globexs. Both were falsely advertised as having features they didn’t have (for example, one was advertised as having a dishwasher that it doesn’t have, and great AC in the apartment, which the owner later verified was only the case in the bedrooms. When asked to lower the rental price to more accurately reflect what we’d agreed to based on the false advertising, Globexs refused). When we let them know about the multiple problems in both apartments, they first gaslighted us in relation to some of the issues, telling us that the apartment owners or previous tenants hadn’t mentioned them. (Since multiple employees did this in 2 different years, it seems that this is more about the culture of the company than about any of its individual employees.) The first rental, an apartment advertised as being “perfect for digital nomads” because of supposedly great wifi, in fact had horrible wifi that made it impossible to work easily in the apartment. Turned out, the apartment didn’t have its own internet, and was sharing with another resident. Things were only resolved (with this as well as another significant issue) long after we first mentioned the problems, and even then, only because I pushed and pushed. This meant lots of lost productivity/wasted time for us. (I.e. income loss.) Globexs’s first response to us, related to this issue as well as some others, was essentially: what you’re experiencing as a problem doesn’t actually exist. Gaslighting on top of significant apartment problems = not fun. (We foolishly used them twice because a) we were hoping they’d improved by the second rental and b) there seemed to be new employees working on the rentals side. It now seems there’s just a lot of turnover in this company.) On the positive side, when it came to fixing small problems, such as clogged drains, they were great. Globexs also generally did very poorly with details. For example, they put the wrong address in the first apartment contract and had us meet them, when we arrived in Valencia, at the wrong building. (We were fine with it at the time—mistakes can happen! But it became clear that this was part of a pattern.) When we used their legal side, we experienced one frustration after the other, also in part because of an inattention to important details. (For example, we were trying to find a notary in another country because Globexs needed a notarized document in Spain. Since time was of the essence, I said I would just find the notary myself. The Globexs lawyer insisted that he would do it. When he finally, after a delay, got back with the information, it was for a notary 3 hours away from us. I then instead did things myself and easily found a local notary, but by that time, an important deadline had already passed. This was typical of our experiences with Globexs: using them in an attempt to save time and energy frequently led to wasted time and unnecessary frustration.) I’ve done business with plenty of competent and professional people/companies in Spain, but wouldn’t count Globexs among those. This is a shame, because this could be a great company if it simply tweaked a few key things. Some of its employees, particularly on the Nestor side, are good at what they do and provide great customer service, to boot. It’s some of the others who seem to bring the whole operation down. I wish we’d never used them. Addendum about Globexs’s reply below: This is classic Globexs. Pretty words that don’t help us. We still have 3 significant issues with the apartment that have needed attention for weeks/months but are being ignored completely, and there’s no sign that we’ll ever be compensated for the falsely advertised apartment features.

Negative experience: It's with a heavy heart that I have to write such a review as I've been in and out with the agency since 2018 and have seen the agency grow from tiny office space in Valencia, Spain to a mid-size agency in Russafa. In saying such, seeing it grow, I know that Mrs. Navarro's business is on the right track however there are growing pains. And are there growing pains! For starters, the communciation is very, VERY lacking. The problem the owner and myself had was based on communication and the length of time between hearing anything back. In Mrs. Navarro's defense, this is HER office and she hires people to conduct several different things in different departments (rental, immigration, etc) and having so many clients it is very possible to lose track of a couple. But as a business owner it is her responsibility to hire people to keep track of the day to day operations so that the agency is losing business unnecessarily. Hiring more lawyers, maybe hiring native English customer service representatives would also help. She does about maybe 33% or more of operations and in my professional opinion, that isn't a good idea. It would be a better agency is she were less front facing and more about expanding the business and holding weekly meetings with department heads in relation to agency operations. Yes, she should consider having managers for the different departments as well. So although our relationship didn't work out I wish her the best of luck and hope she can make the improvements in her agency so that it can be the leading place expats can go to relocate in Valencia. I'm rooting for her.

Negative experience: Poor communication, after we agreed on a video call they did not call us and did not respond to our messages for a day. It took 2 days to get a response via email. In the end they offered us a short term rent for 5 months saying we aren’t eligible for a long term contract. To top it off they asked for 1600€ fee - for 5 months in a 1300€ flat!

Negative experience: Sadly, I am posting a negative review of Globexs. First, the apartment we rented for a month was not clean upon arrival. The bed sheets smelled of sweat and body odor, so we had to wash everything immediately. The iron leaked. There were many areas of the flooring that had dust balls. They should inspect the properties more frequently to ensure everything is clean and in working order. It was also above a nightclub which we were not made aware of when we booked the flat and we could hear the music and the patrons on the weekends until 3-4 a.m. The icing on the cake is the problem we had in getting our one month's security deposit returned. The terms state that the deposit should be refunded within a "minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30". After sending several emails inquiring about our refund, we kept receiving responses from them that they need to check with their "administrative department" to process the refund. We finally received the return of the deposit on the 37th day, but they never sent an email to let us know that they did so. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a real estate rental business.

The renting/booking process is completed online and once arrived you really feel like your at home. The services of Globex Valencia are one of the best in short term home renting and are very convenient for expats for their first months of living in Valencia.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Globexs. Trying to find Accomodation in Valencia during the summer months was very difficult to do on our own, until we came across Globexs who helped us find a great apartment for our 3 month stay. Communication was very easy and they were there to help with plumbing issues, electricity and everything. Special shout-out to Jasmine who was our main point of contact. She was extremely helpful and lovely person to welcome us to the apartment. Would highly recommend going through Globexs when searching for Accomodation in Valencia

Negative experience: Looking at good reviews here and the beautiful apartments they have on their website I contacted the team and received an email from Penelope Montilla, I chose an apartment to stay and was ready to make a payment when I was told that I should pay over 3k+ in fees before seeing or signing the contract. I live in Spain for 5 years and was never asked to pay anything before signing papers. I was trying to understand their reasoning + explain that they put me in an incredibly vulnerable situation by asking that. I received a really badly written draft of a contract with a note "first money then contract". Meanwhile, I check their website and their terms of business where it states that first comes the contract and only then the downpayment for the property - I´ve sent Penelope a screen of that and asked her why doesn't she follow the rules stated on their website. Her reply was very vague and weird, something like "if you do not pay we will have issues and have to go to the lawyers", but their contract (badly written draft) states "if you do not pay the fees and the deposit this contract won´t even be active, so obviously they had nothing to worry about. The communication was rude and everything seemed fishy. She said "no money, no contract" and obviously I did not send them the money as I did not feel comfortable with the situation! After that I found out that a lot of other people have issues with this company ( some are being kicked out of their apartments because "landlord is back earlier than expected") without even apologies from their side! I would definitely recommend to stay away and have asked other people I know to leave reviews as well as the reviews here might not be legit.

Es súper receptiva y muy clara y directa en sus explicaciones. Inmediatamente notas que tiene mucha habilidad y experiencia en su especialidad. Todo esto me hizo sentir tranquilo y seguro durante todo este proceso. Recomiendo encarecidamente trabajar con Globexs y Tiscar durante el proceso de compra de una propiedad.

Fantastic experience: Initial am contactat Globexs pentru obtinerea NIE si deschiderea unui cont bancar. Aceastea s-au intamplat fara ca eu sa fac nimic altceva decat sa le dau celor de la Globexs o imputernicire notariala. Dupa aceea m-am hotarat sa achizitionez un imobil, iar Globexs m-a assistat pe toata durata procesului de intocmire a actelor. Aceasta a inclus un Due Diligence inainte de semnarea contractului de Arras, apoi ajutor la banca si notariat in ziua semnarii actului final. Recomand oricui vrea sa achizitioneze un imobil in Spania si nu vrea sa se streseze pentru ca nu cunoaste pasii ce trebuie indepliniti acolo.

Fantastic experience: After trying to find an apartment on our own and failing, we found Globexs and contacted them about an apartment they had listed. We quickly got a response from Jasmine that helped us every step and two days later we had a contract in the mail. This company is super legit and has great communication. If you are like us: remote workers interested in living in Valencia, I would highly recommend using Globexs!

Fantastic experience: We were so lucky and happy with Globexs that it motivated us to write this opinion. When we arrived to Valencia looking for an apartment it was a high season and as foreigners we had so much trouble with calling other Spanish speaking only agencies and agents that would not call us back or cancel the appointment at the last minute. This has changed with Jasmine from Globext that assisted us on every step of renting the apartment, giving us advice, help, support and any additional information we needed (also with some small house repairs that we needed on the way during our stay). The apartment was perfect and we have never been treated that well. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Be careful, they are a lot more expensive then other gestors / tax advisors and they keep asking money for everything they do for you (starting from 400 + VAT). If you need a NIE, residency, .. this is not the place to go.

Negative experience: I decided to choose Globexs to help me and my girlfriend in our transition to Valencia, because we read good reviews about their services. However, the reality of using this company turned out to be quite different. Firstly I wrote a long and detailed email to them listing all the services we required from them, and asking for a price quotation. But instead of giving a quote they gave me an appointment with one of their legal representatives. Ok, fine, I went there with my girlfriend to meet with the lawyer. Again we explained all the services we required to settle in Valencia, and in particular, we requested immediate assistance in buying a property that we had chosen after a search. We gave the lawyer the details of the agency we found the property through and asked her to check the legal status of the property. She said she would do this and would get back to us soon about it. After we had left the Globexs office we realised that, though we had given all our personal details to the lawyer, she had given us no contact details whatsoever, not even her name! We also felt that the lawyer had been very dismissive of us, as if she had no interest in providing her services. So, a few days passed and no word from the lawyer, though we made it clear that checking the property was urgent for us. As we had no direct contact for her, I had to send a WhatsApp message to her to the general lawyers' WhatsApp account. I could see that my message had been read, but there was never any response! I don't know about Globexs services in general, but the behaviour of this lawyer was very unprofessional. We had to quickly find another lawyer to ensure we didn't lose the property we wanted to buy. It goes without saying that we won't use any of the other services offered because of this. Maybe the lawyer is too busy dealing with Golden Visas and clients buying more expensive properties to care about mid-range buyers like us? If this is the case then maybe your average expat needs to look elsewhere for a location service...

Very friendly people and a safe and convinient way of finding somewhere to stay when you're new to the city. They even helped us getting a parking space on the street when we moved in. Fantastic experience: Overall an excellent service. Lodewijk and Antonio * 2 were excellent, trustworthy and friendly. They provided us with an ideal apartment and we are so happy that we have extended our stay by 3 months. The only negative can be a slight delay in getting work done by builders but then we are in Spain so everything is quite relaxed!

We found a beautiful duplex apartment in the middle of Antwerp, located on the cozy Stadswaag. For over a year this fully equipped apartment became our home! Fantastic experience: Excellent experience to-date. The professional team of Lodewijk and Antonio helped us find a beautiful and clean 2 BR apartment in Valencia. Responded quickly to multiple queries even allowing for the fact I was in Australia (time zone difference), and have a good range of apartments depending on your budget. Upon arrival Antonio welcomed our family and the apartment was in the condition advertised. A little more expensive than others but I was willing to pay the extra cost for reassurance that everything is taken care of with no fuss, and so far I am not disappointed. I can highly recommend this team for expats looking for a 'one stop shop' to rent a place in Valencia.
