Fantastic experience: Freehost were absolutely brilliant to work with. We rented a flat in Valencia for two months through them, and they couldn’t have been more attentive. They met us at the flat when we arrived, and it was even nicer than the pictures! The whole process was seamless. Mercedes, our main contact, was always available to help with anything -though we didn’t need much help because everything was so easy - and she was super friendly and great to deal with. I would highly recommend using them!

Fantastic experience: I rented an apartment in Valencia last month for 3 weeks through Freehost Valencia and had an amazing experience. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures on their website which was a welcoming sign to settle in after a long flight. The apartment was well appointed, airy and full of light! And better yet, a beautiful bottle of wine provided by the host waiting to be enjoyed! A nice touch indeed. From reservation to check out, Freehost Valencia was professional, courteous and responsive to my needs. A staff met me at check in, walked through the apartment and periodically checked on me to make sure I had what I needed for my stay. Thank you Freehost, for such a memorable stay in a beautiful city! I would definitely use Freehost Valencia again.

Fantastic experience: My partner & I have rented apartments through Freehost Valencia twice and we have had an excellent experience both with the quality of the accommodations and with the communications and service from the Freehost staff on the ground in Valencia. Yes, we were offered to terminate the contract, but we booked an apartment back in November 2023, and it would have been impossible to find a suitable one in high season. Yes, after 5:00 pm there was no sign of the repairs, but they only started at 8 am, and sometimes even earlier. So it was still difficult to sleep. We didn't write to you about electricity and water, because you stopped responding to our messages. What's the point of having a conversation with you? You know that we can attach photos of our correspondence, where you simply ignore everything we write to you. Due to the lack of light, we forgot a lot of our luggage, since the flight was early in the morning and we had to pack in the dark and still left everything in perfect order, although you did not deserve anything like that. And what do you mean by “was really difficult to please you”. It is very easy to please us. We want adequate compensation. We paid 2200 euros per month. For such awful apartment it is inappropriate. We rented two apartments and the second one turned out to be wonderful, bigger, closer to the beach and cheaper. So, we know exactly what level of prices for apartments is relevant and what you can get in return

Negative experience: Attention. Scammers. We rented an apartment managed by this company. The quality of the apartment was unacceptable. First, they lied to us about the area of ​​the apartment by 1.5 times. In addition, the entire period of our stay (2 months) in the neighboring apartment was undergoing repairs, it was impossible to sleep. Because of this renovation , we constantly stank of sewage and cockroaches were running around. Towards the end of our stay, hot water and electricity disappeared. We did not receive any compensation or even feedback. Positive reviews are clearly artificially created

Fantastic experience: This was our first time dealing with Freehost Valencia and we couldn't praise their services enough. We bothered them with a lot of questions and they always answered immediately and gave us a lot of useful information. We found all our dealings with them to be very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to others. We loved the apartment as it was big and spacious and very light. We liked the fact that the sleeping areas are separate which gives a lot of privacy to people traveling with an older child. The kitchen was well equipped and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace for our morning coffee. We loved the location of this apartment as this is our favorite area of Valencia. There is so much life and lots of cafes and bars.to choose from. The supermarket is right opposite the flat which is very convenient and the big market is just down the road. In the area you can find almost anything you should need and its very convenient for walking into the centre of town or the nearest metro station. We will definitely use Freehost again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recommend Tana Quintana. He is a very professional employee. I recommend this company for short-term stays if you are coming from abroad and want to avoid Airbnb. They accommodated us very well and although there were some miscommunications, they were clarified in the end. They returned our deposit in full and didn’t charge any unjustified fees. I am very happy with their work. When we had an issue with a kitchen sink, they came the same day to fix it. They also did not give us any surprise or unfair fees. We only dealt with one person the entire time and the landlord did not live on the premises, which was great because of our privacy. They are absolutely perfect. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we had a full trip from the airport and back all planned with the help of FreeHost. The communication was great and quick from the start, they booked our taxi at a cheaper price than what we would've gotten if we had to do it ourselves, they showed the apartment explaining everything and leaving us with great ideas on where to go and what to do. Not to mention that the apartment was sparkling and when we had a doubt we could just message them and they'd reply within minutes. We were taken care of better than at a hotel but with the privacy and convenience of an entire apartment. Can't recommend this enough!!
