Fantastic experience: I stayed in an apartment they have on Hatmakers Street. Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It even has a washing machine. The window faced the Cathedral, a place that is very busy, but there was no noise. Good soundproofing! Friendly service! They let us do a late check-out at no charge. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: 0 Stars from me. I usually don't write reviews, but Best House has disappointed me. Most recently, I was supposed to go there for a hotel stay for vacation. My wife and I had a sad turn of events when we found out her mother had kidney cancer. Unfortunately, we're unable to make our trip because of the emergency surgery she had to have. You know what Best House Best Place told us, it's policy we still have to keep your deposit and make you pay for your entire stay. So, I hope the heartless folks at Best House Best Place give our room to someone for free since they're that hungry for money. God has a special place for greedy and money hungry people like this. This was truly one of the most classless acts I've seen in my life. No compassion, no empathy or sympathy. Just all focused on lining their pockets. They were so bent on policy they didn't even have a bit of concern for my mother-in-law's health or well-being who is still in the hospital recovering after she had to have one of her kidneys removed. I hope everyone else has a better experience than me, but they showed me their poor customer service. Them and Orbitz both were like robots when it came to policy. No kind of compassion at all. Thanks for nothing Best House Best Place - They wouldn't let me give you 0 stars, so I have to give you 1. Vincent H.
