Contamos con más de 1.000 alojamientos de distinto tipo en Madrid: apartamentos o estudios, viviendas completas o habitaciones en pisos compartidos.
Una vez seleccionado y reservado tu alojamiento ideal, te asesoramos sobre el contrato de arrendamiento antes de su firma, organizamos la firma del contrato de arrendamiento y entrega de llaves con el propietario y certificamos mediante la elaboración de inventarios descriptivos y fotográficos el estado en el que se entrega el inmueble para garantizar que a la finalización del contrato no te puedan imputar gastos que no te correspondan.
También debes tener en cuenta que, en el caso de alquiler de estudios o viviendas completas, los gastos de suministros no están incluidos en el precio de la renta mensual que aparece en nuestra web.

Negative experience: It seems that this company does not want to rent apartments. I contacted an agent and it felt like I was being answered by a machine, with incoherent responses. I asked important questions and they ignored me, giving me inaccurate answers. They promised to send the complete information about the apartment I was interested in and I am still waiting. Obviously, I don't intend to rent with them: if they don't respond when you want to rent, imagine if there is any issue afterwards. They don't seem reliable to me, and from what I see, most of the reviews seem fake or paid for.

Fantastic experience: This was a great company to rent with. I was new to spain, and they provided the necessary documentation for my empadronamiento. During the pandemic, they called us to see if we planned on staying or not. At the end of my lease, they were very responsive when I inquired about potentially extending my stay for 2 months. They returned the security deposit 60 days after ithe lease ended (in accordance with the contract) and speak both english and spanish. The price may have been a little higher than other rental companies (for instance, I didn't see summer months discounted with this agency), but their professionalism and help with the necessary documentation as a foreigner was worth it (just confirm your specific lease will enable you to get the necessary info before signing)

Fantastic experience: I have rented a 4-bedroom apartment from MundialRooms and I had a wonderful experience! The staff is very professional as well as attentive to our needs and questions. The apartment is clean, modern and very functional, perfect for a student location! Added to that, renting an apartment before arriving in Madrid and not being able to see it can be complicated but MundialRooms has orchestrated everything very professionally. Negative experience: Una experiencia horrible. Son unos mentirosos y unos aprovechados. Tanto el servicio de limpieza como el servicio de mantenimiento son espantosos: caso real frente a la reparación de una persiana: "mira solo tienes que hacer fuerza y dejarla caer, tiene su truco". No tienen ningún compromiso ni respetan el contrato. Ignoran o dan largas frente a los problemas. Recomiendo este sitio 100% para si eres un joven estudiante o un emprendedor se aprovechen de tí.

Negative experience: NO CONFIES EN SUS SERVICIOS / DO NOT TRUST THEM. Alquile una habitación con ellos a principios de enero, y todo bien hasta pasadas dos semanas, en las que llegó una nueva inquilina colombiana, los problemas comenzaron cuando esta persona dejaba todo el piso sucio, sus heces en el váter del baño, y la placa de inducción grasienta a más no poder, tardaba más de 3 DÍAS en limpiar sus cosas, a parte de entrar en el baño por más de 30 minutos para asi descuadrar el horario de los demás, sobretodo mio. Tuve una discusión con esta inquilina por este motivo, y a partir de si me hizo la convivencia imposible, llegando incluso a hablar ella con MundialRooms en varias ocasiones para que a mi me expulsasen del piso por mal comportamiento, cuando era ella la que creaba un ambiente de tensión siempre que podía, a lo que MundialRooms la apoyaba. La convivencia se iba truncando cada dia más, hasta que hemos llegado a tema juicios, a lo que MundialRooms, hace oídos sordos y apoya estos métodos, en vez de mirar quien entra o sale del piso, que esa es otra. Esta agencia no mira por el bienestar de sus inquilinos y alquila la habitación de los pisos a quien sea, con tal de generar ingresos y usar métodos judíos para el cobro, e ilegales, por cierto. La habitación del piso que yo alquile no estaba equipado para contener 4 habitaciones, y el mantenimiento del mismo es pobre o inexistente, enviando servicios de limpieza cada dos semanas para pasar el trapo y mover el polvo de allí a aqui. Otro dato muy negativo es la falta de privacidad que ellos manejan, han proporcionado mis datos personales a esta inquilina, saltándose cualquier normativa vigente en la ley. Por estos motivos, evadir esta agencia porque son ratas, y solo conseguiréis un precio desorbitado por un servicio pésimo, y cuidado con hablar mal de ellos porque de golpe te amenazan con denunciarte.
Afortunadamente, tu mensaje define perfectamente el tipo de persona que eres. Sobran y no son apropiados los comentarios y calificativos que haces de tu excompañera de piso. Poco hay que decir después de esto, salvo que MundialRooms no toma partido en cuestiones de pura convivencia y no deja que prevalezcan los derechos de unos inquilinos sobre los de otros. Del mismo modo, respetamos la privacidad de todos nuestros clientes y en ningún caso hemos facilitado tus datos personales a nadie, ni nadie nos los ha solicitado a nosotros. Tenemos copia de la denuncia que te puso tu compañera y podemos demostrarlo. Es una acusación muy grave, susceptible de una demanda y, aunque no acostumbramos a denunciar a los inquilinos ni amenazarlos con este tipo de cuestiones como tú indicas, perfectamente nos lo podemos plantear. Alquilar una habitación en un piso compartido implica saber convivir y respetar a lo demás. Deberías considerar al menos estos dos aspectos antes de volver a utilizar este tipo de alojamiento. No todos podemos ser los malos: tus compañeros de piso, de trabajo, la señora de la limpieza, los centros de estudios por los que has pasado, nuestra empresa, ……
Negative experience: No recomendable en absoluto
Negative experience: No me devolvieron la integridad de mi fianza por unos restos de Blu-tack que se encontraban en la habitación cuando me la entregaron (150 euros menos de fianza aun encima por eso). Ellos deberían de conocer como se encuentran sus instalaciones (que te las entregan supuestamente en condiciones idóneas y la mía estaba llena de polvo cuando llegue) cuando se la entregan a la gente y aun encima te dicen que tienen fotos de como dejaste la habitación, pero de cuando entraste dicen que no tienen ninguna, vaya sorpresa... Sera por que al otro inquilino ya no le pueden quitar el dinero y para echarle la mano de pintura recurrirán al mío en vez de dejarse el suyo. Además, le escribí por correo y WhatsApp para que me explicaran por que me habían reducido la fianza y no tuvieron la decencia de responderme, les tuve que llamar. Para otras cosas que les interesa son mas rápidos. Cuidado con esta agencia que en cuanto te vas en los dos meses que pasan hasta que te devuelven la fianza buscaran sacarte dinero. Por cierto, sigo esperando las fotos en el correo.
Una imagen vale más que mil palabras, así que, esta es la foto del estado de las paredes de la habitación después de la finalización de tu contrato: te enviamos fotos del antes y después a tu correo, ya que no tenemos posibilidad de adjuntarlas por este medio. Somos una empresa seria. Todas las habitaciones se entregan limpias y en perfecto estado. Realizamos revisiones de las habitaciones, se fotografían y se hace inventario antes de alquilarlas. De igual forma, realizamos una revisión de check-out a la finalización de cada contrato de arrendamiento para verificar que las habitaciones están en el mismo estado en el que se entregaron. Si la habitación se te hubiera entregado en mal estado nos lo habrías notificado en el momento del check-in ya que firmaste el contrato de arrendamiento admitiendo conocer el buen estado de la habitación. Asimismo, no se descuenta ningún importe de las fianzas de los inquilinos si no está justificado y documentado. En tu caso, lo está. Sólo se te han descontado 150€ por pintar una habitación completa de 10 m2, y no hemos tenido en cuenta el estado de polvo y suciedad en el que se encontraba la habitación tras tu marcha. Mundialrooms no tiene necesidad de apropiarse de lo que no es suyo y ha demostrado su profesionalidad durante los 10 años que lleva actuando como empresa gestora. Somos intermediarios entre inquilinos y propietarios y velamos por los intereses de ambas partes. En tu caso, lo más justo era descontar de tu fianza el importe de la factura que el propietario de la vivienda ha tenido que pagar para poder dejar la habitación en buen estado y volverla a alquilar. En consecuencia, Igual que tú tienes derecho a que se te devuelva la integridad de la fianza de tu habitación, el propietario de la vivienda también tiene derecho a que se le devuelva en el mismo estado en que la entregó. Para terminar, tendrías que ser más consecuente con tus actos y asumir sus consecuencias, en lugar de difamar y arremeter contra nuestra empresa, que se ha limitado a cumplir con su trabajo. Esperamos que en algún momento llegues a entenderlo.

Positive experience: Pésimo servicio al cliente, puede que sea algunas personas que allí trabajan, o simplemente un mal asesoramiento de sus empleados hacia los clientes. Se despreocupan de los problemas que puedas tener en el piso. Solamente me prestaron atención cuando fui con mis otros compañeros de piso a que me apoyaran con la situación. He tenido un problema con una de las personas Con las que vivía, que ha escalado a denuncia policial y la respuesta de una de sus empleadas era "si tanto miedo tienes ve a la policía" sin preocuparse o sentir un poco de empatía. Mundialrooms deja en juego la integridad de sus huéspedes y básicamente solo les interesa el dinero del alquiler, y no generar pertenencia con sus clientes como debería ser. En definitiva deben hacer una reforma en la calidad de servicio de primera respuesta que se da.

Fantastic experience: Tanto la nevera como el congelador dejó de funcionar durante el estado de alarma del Covid19. Al ponerme en contacto recibí un trato excelente por parte de Beatriz, que fue quien estuvo a cargo de mi caso, no sólo preocupándose por mi situación si no solucionándola rápidamente.

Negative experience: AWFUL. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! I terminated my contract in February and they have the nerve to try and charge me for excess bills whilst I was not living there. They are so unprofessional and disgusting to work with. Stay elsewhere. please! They made my time in Madrid awful and so hard to live there. Response to owner: No, you tried to charge me after my contract was terminated and I have the email to prove it! As for the other accusations, they are defamatory. No cumplir las normas de convivencia del piso y no respetar a tus compañeros y la ocupación contratada en el mismo es lo que ha provocado que no hayas tenido una buena estancia en el alojamiento que gestionamos, ya que nos has obligado a llamarte la atención reiteradamente. La habitación que ocupabas es de uso individual y tu pareja no podía residir contigo. Las instalaciones del piso están pensadas exclusivamente para cuatro personas y el límite de gastos recogido en contrato también está calculado en base al número de ocupantes y servicios de la vivienda. Con tu actitud no sólo has incomodado a los compañeros de piso, que tenían que compartir las zonas comunes con una persona más, sino que también ha hecho que el consumo de la vivienda exceda de los límites establecidos. Se te reclaman exclusivamente los excesos de gastos relativos a tu estancia y se te han enviado las facturas correspondientes al periodo en el que estuviste alojada en la vivienda para corroborarlo y esto es algo que está recogido en el contrato de arrendamiento de la habitación y, por tanto, la reclamación es legítima. Puedes opinar lo que te parezca sobre nuestra gestión y alojamientos, pero te rogaríamos que te ajustaras a la realidad y evitaras la difamación y las calumnias, aún más cuando la que no ha cumplido con sus obligaciones contractuales y no ha respetado ni siquiera a sus compañeros de piso has sido precisamente tú. Recibirás respuesta de nuestro departamento jurídico al respecto. Negative experience: Viví durante 5 meses en el piso de Antonio Vicent,47, 2. El tercer mes empezaron a salir humedades en el piso y la solución que nos dieron fue poner un radiador en el pasillo durante todo el día. Tras finalizar la estancia, debía de luz 40 euros, los cuales fueron a costa de su solución. Tras mi queja correspondiente, la justificación que me dieron fue que esos 40 euros eran también de gastos de agua, a los que contesté que si podían adjuntarme los recibos. A día de hoy los 40 euros me los quitaron de la fianza y no me demostraron el por qué. Jamás vi esos recibos de “agua”. No recomiendo vivir en estos pisos, son ruidosos ya que suelen vivir gente Erasmus. No recomendados. Un saludo
Entendemos que es posible que no recibieras el correo con las facturas de agua y los cálculos correspondientes o que te llegara como spam, pero una vez que te hemos reenviado la documentación solicitada, te agradeceríamos que reconocieras nuestra transparencia en este sentido y no pusieras en duda nuestra integridad y profesionalidad. MundialRooms actúa como intermediario entre propietarios e inquilinos y, entre nuestras obligaciones, está el no anteponer los derechos de unos sobre otros. En vuestro caso y según lo pactado en contrato, se os repercutió a partes iguales los excesos del periodo para abonárselos a la propiedad, teniendo exclusivamente en cuenta las facturas de luz. El propietario por su parte, asumió el pago de la cantidad íntegra de las facturas de agua para compensar el consumo de un radiador durante el tiempo que lo tuvisteis encendido. Creemos que 113,62€ es una cantidad más que razonable. Cumplimos con lo acordado y lamentamos tu desconfianza. Aceptamos tu crítica sobre que nuestros pisos pueden ser ruidosos en ocasiones, nuestro perfil de inquilino está muy claro: estudiantes y jóvenes trabajadores, de edades comprendidas entre 18 y 35 años. A pesar de que establecemos unas normas para fomentar una buena convivencia y el respeto mutuo entre compañeros de pisos y vecinos del edificio, es inevitable que en ocasiones se hagan determinadas celebraciones. Pero esto no se permite de forma continuada y nos parece que tampoco se debe estigmatizar a los erasmus u otro tipo de inquilinos que entran dentro de nuestro perfil de cliente.
