Once they find you a tenant and the contract is signed, they wash their hands of the rest of the incidents. Finally, I found Rentuos, and although their monthly fee was higher than other agencies, their coverage was also greater. Positive experience: As an owner, I hired Rentuos to manage a rental, specifically the incidents, since the previous agency did not yield good results. - In the past, Laura resolved a minor incident very efficiently. However, now in a more significant incident, not only has it not been resolved impartially, but she is clearly taking the tenant's side, when the technical reports do not support this position. I find it absurd, as an owner, to pay money for incident management only for them to take a stance against the interests of the property, instead of resolving it impartially. - The marketing handled by Jara is always quick and efficient, and any issues that may arise from that speed have always been conveniently resolved, either by her or Marcos.

Negative experience: My partner and I are tenants through Rentuos and we are very satisfied with the service. First of all, it should be said that it is a legal real estate agency and does not charge any fees to the tenant or false charges for unsolicited services, as established by the recent Housing Law. Their compliance with the 'rules of the game' gave us a lot of trust. Once you sign up for the listing, a few days later they send you a link to schedule the visit to the property online, which makes the process quick and easy. The management of the documentation is efficient, and our agent Jara provided us with all the details. In our case, we had to take out home insurance for contents and civil liability, and they provided us with their insurance company if we wanted to take out the policy with them. They also handled all the procedures to change the water and electricity supplies (I insist, at no cost to us as tenants). Recently, we had a humidity issue, and quickly Laura passed it on to the owner's home insurance, and in a few days, they will resolve it for us. In short, we are currently happy and find it to be a serious and recommendable company. [UPDATE 11/03/24: our rating has worsened because we are still having humidity problems, and it is getting worse. They took a week to contact the insurance, and we have been without any solution for over a month. In the help chat, they take a long time to respond or directly leave you without an answer, and they shift the blame saying it's our responsibility to avoid condensation (rest assured we are doing everything we can, we even bought a dehumidifier) or that the insurance is not responding. As of 13/03/24, they tell us that humidity is not covered by the insurance and that we should 'ventilate constantly, as it is a very normal problem in some homes.' In other words, no solution. On the other hand, we have been requesting, on two occasions, the deposit receipt for the bond from IVIMA for a month now. Finally, their colleague Orlando sent it to us and apologized for the delay, which is appreciated. In short, the pre-rental and payment processes are very effective, but tenant support leaves something to be desired for now.

Buscábamos una empresa que nos hiciera una gestión integral del alquiler de nuestro piso, desde la búsqueda del inquilino idóneo hasta la gestión mensual del alquiler. En concreto fue Marcos, excelente profesional, la persona con la que contactamos y quién nos asesoró en qué consistía todo el proceso de mediación de Rentuos. Su seriedad y competencia nos animó a, una vez arreglado el piso, volver a retomar el contacto y en Julio firmamos el Contrato de Mediación con Rentuos. Después conocimos a Jara que se encargó de todas las gestiones relativas al alquiler y que en tan sólo una semana alquilamos el piso. En este corto periodo de 4 meses, hemos tenido contacto con otros miembros del equipo, sobre todo con Laura del Dpto. Administración, de los que sólo podemos hablar de su competencia y amabilidad. En base a nuestra experiencia, os recomendaría que contactéis con Rentuos para alquilar vuestra vivienda. No os defraudarán, son un excelente equipo con excelentes profesionales, muy competentes y educados.
