I found Aitor and Tere through a friend who rented an apartment and then bought another one to rent it out. She, like me, had no idea about the matter. She recommended their services, and I contacted them. In this case, it was about valuing a property and deciding whether to rent it or sell it. However, according to their company policy, they handle the deposits themselves, so you won't get them back until the buyer's mortgage is approved. I was attended by Salvador and a colleague of his (I believe her name was Isabel), I mentioned my budget and the characteristics of the apartment I was looking for, and in a sarcastic manner they replied, 'You all come here with the letter to the Three Wise Men,' implying that my requirements were not viable with the budget I had. I am happy to inform you that the Wise Men have arrived early and have left my gift at another real estate agency that has treated me with great respect and politeness, which you lack. I hope you rejoice for me as much as I will rejoice in not recommending you to any of my contacts. I leave you my shooting star here.

Negative experience: Unos ladrones, a parte cuando finalizas con ellos te ignoran, si vuelves y necesitas unos papeles te dicen que no los tienen ya que por ley tienen que guardar papeleos y datos en 5 años y muchas cosas más espero que la gente lea esto y ni se le ocurra entrar a expofincas fabra i puig.

Negative experience: Lamentable la experiencia con esta inmobiliaria, firmas el documento para mirar la venta de tu piso y te dicen que no habrá problema, que cuando quieras te puedes echar atrás, sin ningún perjuicio económico para ti, y no venderlo, que no habrá problemas por nada, mentira grande, una vez que ven la oportunidad de venderlo y cobrar la comisión no te van a dejar irte por las buenas, te acosan con llamadas, correos y burofax para que vendas, y si no cedes, como fue mi caso, te van a demandar vía civil para cobrar la comisión por algo que no se hizo, que fue la venta del piso, un abuso, si no lo tienes claro no firmes con esta inmobiliaria, busca otra mas seria y honesta. Nada recomendable.

Como para comprarse nada.

Negative experience: La meva parella i jo vam signar una compraventa d’un pis amb ells i, inicialment el tracte va ser molt bo, però a mesura que s’acostava el dia de la signatura l’atenció anava empitjorant. No contestaven el telèfon, ens van prometre coses diferents als venedors i a nosaltres, canvis d’última hora que ens perjudicaven... No els recomano gens!

Negative experience: En enero solicité los servicios de esta inmobiliaria en el paseo de Fabra y Puig para vender mi piso. A su oferta, les hice una contraoferta, y recibí la visita de un comercial con su superior. Quedaron en darme una respuesta al día siguiente. Como la respuesta no llegó, llamé varias veces al comercial que rechazó mis llamadas. Fuí a la inmobiliaria, él estaba allí hablando por teléfono, me dijo la administrativa que no me podía atender porque tenía mucha prisa y que después me llamaría. Su llamada nunca llegó y como yo tenía la impresión de que me evitaba,decidí contratar los servicios de otra inmobiliaria en la que me atendieron con profesionalidad y eficacia. He de decir que mi piso se vendió en tres días a un precio superior al que me ofrecía exes. Me resulta inexplicable la actitud de esta persona, incapaz de dar una respuesta y una explicación, lo que considero una falta de profesionalidad y de educación. He puesto una estrella para poder publicar el comentario, pero no se merece ninguna, aunque valga la estrella porque yo salí beneficiado con la actitud de este comercial, al vender mi piso en otra inmobiliaria ja, ja, ja
