If we add to this: they take you to one of the most expensive notaries in Valladolid, and inform you poorly about the costs, for their benefit.... I will not work with them again.

Negative experience: The shameless real estate agent rings my bell, and when I open the door, she tells me that I am a squatter and that I should leave. I tell her that the house is mine and reprimand her for her ignorance, but she insists on calling me a squatter and demands that I show her the deeds, calling the police... I try to convince her that her ignorance leads her to an audacity that is among the most foolish of human nature and that she should properly inform herself about which houses are for sale in the building. This woman calls the police and puts on a show, it's incredible how much stupidity she can reach, she is definitely not qualified to show houses, it's a miracle she doesn't wet herself when she speaks.

Negative experience: La semana pasada me llamó un comercial de esta inmobiliaria, de nombre Alfonso, en respuesta a mi solicitud para visitar un inmueble. Al seguir en estado de alarma, le pregunté cuándo se podría ver el piso y me dijo que en cualquier momento "porque él tenía que comer". Así que acordamos una visita que tendría que haberse producido ayer, pero que finalmente no se llevó a cabo porque el señor no se presentó. Ni avisó de que no venía, ni respondió a mi llamada tras un largo rato esperándole a la puerta del portal. Es la primera vez que veo algo así, tal falta de educación y profesionalidad.

Negative experience: 6 veces contacté para solicitar información sobre un inmueble y no he tenido respuesta.

Y me dicen que no pueden darme ningún dato porque no están los comerciales...insisto y pregunto que a que hora puedo hablar con ellos y me contestan que, en todo el día de hoy viernes, nada. Que espere al lunes. Y yo pienso: pobre propietario

Negative experience: No se merece ninguna estrella. Si podéis alquilar con otra inmobilaria hacedlo y evitad esta. Como dice otro mal comentario tienes que llamarlos tú porque ellos diectamente pasan. Una experiencia vergonzosa.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria en Valladolid, no os molesteis en ir, groseros y muy poco profesionales. Una verguenza.

Negative experience: Sin duda la peor inmobiliaria con la que me he cruzado. Imposible conseguir alquilar un piso con ellos, días detrás del comercial (que parecía que nos debiera dinero a nosotros) para que iniciara los trámites de alquiler de un piso (y no precisamente barato), para que al final acabe contestándote con malos modales. Muy a disgusto con esta inmobiliaria en general y con el comercial en particular, del cual ya daremos una queja. Sinceramente, no recomiendo a nadie tratar con ellos, maleducados, poco serios y menos profesionales.
