Fantastic experience: It's a divine agency, we sold our house, the meeting point of the whole family. Jennifer is charming, she achieved the agreed price, kept us informed of all the steps of the sale, dealt with all the necessary documentation, and was very organized because we are many owners. Even after the signing, she continues to help us with the pending issues we had. If I have to make another sale, I would definitely turn to her and this agency.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank you for the great work you have done with the sale of the house that was my home for so many years. The work has been done with me from a distance since I do not live in Madrid, the person in charge of the real estate agency has always been a great professional who explained each step we were taking so that we would feel comfortable and, of course, have all the information. When we have had any difficulty (which we have had), she has responded immediately and exemplarily. They have helped me with any paperwork that has arisen. I undoubtedly recommend the real estate agency and want to thank you once again for your work. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Very good treatment, friendly and approachable. I am very happy that all the salespeople managed the sale of my apartment, and this is not the first time as my husband sold my mother-in-law's apartment, and for the second time, everything was perfect. I recommend them. Goodbye.
Thank you very much for your words! We are glad that your experiences have been so satisfactory; you can count on us for any other management! Best regards and see you soon.
Negative experience: Very poor communication. I was scheduled to see an apartment and they notified me via WhatsApp half an hour before that they couldn't show me the apartment. Thanks for wasting my time, it's quite a detail.
Good afternoon, as we already mentioned to you over the phone, we called you twice in the morning to inform you, but we couldn't get in touch with you. The message was sent as a last resort since you did not respond, with the notice that we could as we opened at 5:00 PM. We regret that you traveled unnecessarily, but we always notify, and setbacks can happen in any field. Thank you
Fantastic experience: It is an excellent real estate agency. The best thing is the high professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy of all the staff. They have the real estate market measured to the millimeter, prices, demand, and a very large portfolio of clients. They took just 20 days to sell 2 apartments. They move quickly. And very importantly, the legal advice to complete the necessary procedures at the moment of a sale or rental. I must especially highlight the real estate executive: Mr. Javier Paredes Redondo. Very, very attentive to the clients and all the details. He deserves 10 stars. In short, I highly recommend them for any real estate business, whether buying, selling, and/or renting.
Fantastic experience: Very good professionals. They took care of everything and the sale of the apartment was quick and at the agreed price. Totally recommendable.
Thank you very much for your words, they are very important for our work. We are glad everything went well. Best regards.
