Negative experience: BE CAREFUL YOUR RESERVATION IS AN AUCTION BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP SHOWING THE APARTMENT! They do not take you seriously, then do not say nobody told you. I could understand that if the ad said 'AUCTION OF THE APARTMENT', I knew what I was getting into, but no, this is their way of operating WITH ALL TRADITIONAL SALES. I went with very good energy, I even accepted their conditions wanting to charge me a 3.5% commission for the sale since the seller of the property was not going to pay them, so the burden falls on the client. I accepted, without any complaint knowing that even the most recognized real estate agencies like RedPiso or Tecnocasa only charge you 3%, well, I accepted their first abuse. Yesterday I was about to reserve a property, and the secretary told me that with 500€ I could do it but this did not indicate that they would stop showing the apartment. I said: 'What? Are you mocking me?' Alberto, the realtor, called me and explained that yes, they worked that way; if you leave 500€, it is so they take the time to talk to the owner and propose your offer; and they would continue showing the apartment until they receive 2, 3, and thousands of more offers in 5 business days. And then they will choose the best bidder! I told him that I had never asked to enter an auction and he said that this is their way of operating IN EVERYTHING. I asked Alberto: 'How much does it cost for them to take my proposal seriously? 500 euros? Ok, no. Tell me if it is 2000 or 3000 euros, I will pay you, but take me seriously, because in all recognized real estate agencies in Madrid they respect a deposit and STOP SHOWING THE APARTMENT.' What a dreadful experience, fortunately, I stopped the 2nd abuse they were going to do to me in time. I give 1 star because there are no zero stars. Be careful with how abusive some real estate agencies like 'Lopez & Moreno Inmobiliaria' can be.
