Negative experience: J’ai moi aussi au départ eu une très bonne opinion de l’agence Promocosta et de son gérant Alex. Malheureusement Alex s’est avéré être une personne sans honneur ni morale. L’association API GIRONA en a été averti. En effet Alex prétend en être un membre alors qu’il n’a aucun respect pour le code de conduite de cette association. Voici en quelque lignes mon histoire : Mars 2021 : depuis plusieurs mois je regarde cette annonce rare sur le site internet de Promocosta. Ce bien est légèrement au-dessus de mon budget. C’est un vieil immeuble entièrement restauré dans le centre de L’Escala et il est toujours en vente. Mercredi 17 Mars : nous nous décidons moi et mon épouse à prendre un vol Dubai-Barcelone. Jeudi 18 Mars après-midi : visite de la maison et coup de foudre immédiat. Nous faisons une offre. Jeudi 18 Mars début de soirée: Alex nous informe que notre offre est acceptée par le propriétaire ! Vendredi 19 Mars : Alex nous accompagne pour faire toutes les démarches administratives (ouverture de compte à la banque Sabadell, numéro NIE via la Notaría De L'escala María José Solís) Samedi 20 Mars : nous sommes à l’agence Promocosta et nous signons le contrat en présence de Alex. Le propriétaire n’est pas disponible et ne signera que Lundi. Dimanche 21 Mars : nous rentrons chez nous à Dubai la tête dans les nuages. Un rêve se réalise ! Lundi 22 Mars : email de Promocosta «Désolé la maison a été vendu à quelqu’un autre ». Je relis mon contrat. Le propriétaire de la maison est un certain Monsieur Alexandru Teodorescu, plus connu sous le nom de « Alex », gérant de l’agence Promocosta.
