Fantastic experience: We didn't know this real estate agency Lemonhouse, and the truth is that it has been a complete success. An excellent level of professionalism. Specifically with Berta, who has been the person who accompanied us from the beginning. She has shown a level of seriousness, rigor, and anticipation throughout the entire process, incredible. Always fulfilling what was agreed upon. An absolute reference of trust and security. Highly recommended 100% if you are looking for property.

Negative experience: We bought a house with them and it was terrible; we were constantly worried about the status of the purchase and the documents they needed. Thankfully, a relative of mine bought a house with a similar real estate agency, and we knew what papers we would need and we prepared in advance. Otherwise, thanks to them, we would have lost the deposit. We went to visit the property before signing in front of the notary because we didn't trust them, and luckily we found damages that we reported to the notary, and they were taken into account. There was a car in our garage space, and Mr. Manuel took no responsibility whatsoever. They told us they would remove the anti-squatter door and that the same people who would remove it would install the door moldings, and it was a lie; the moldings in the apartment did not match the door, and I had to pay someone else to do that work. They did not take responsibility for the paint chips when they removed the alarm... they refused to provide me with the CUPS number, so it cost us much more to get electricity and gas connected... UNACCEPTABLE, in capital letters and by name, MANUEL. They also refused to give us paperwork verifying that there were no outstanding payments for the community, with no special assessments, and we found out that there was money owed for electricity and gas. Thank goodness we have lawyers, and the companies have not held us liable for that money.

The sale was done remotely since I live outside of Madrid and the communication worked perfectly, making me feel very calm throughout the process.

If you get involved in a process with them, you have to know that if the sale of a house has any particularity that they are not interested in, they will hide it until you are fully engaged in the process. Lack of professionalism; after 1 month managing the purchase of a house, after going to see it several times and asking everything to the sales representative Manuel, it is not until the last moment that they tell you there are some conditions, which they did not inform us about. After having the mortgage pre-approved and spending some money on the manager, they ask us for a series of documents, having already paid 10% in the holding deposit contract, without ensuring that we could buy the house afterwards. Lack of professionalism on the part of the sales representative and the real estate agency itself, which gives us this information because we contacted them, since our contact, Manuel, stopped answering our phone calls and WhatsApp messages. I would recommend being very careful, asking a hundred thousand questions and even then doubting everything, because they make it all look nice, but then you find out things little by little, in addition to feeling a void from their side when their employees do not give any sign of life.

Negative experience: WARNING!!!! Huge scam and deception at this agency. We have been managing the purchase of a subsidized housing for a month and a half with this agency. We have visited the property more than once, we have met with the salesperson Manuel several times and everything went well until the lies began and the management secrets came to light. After securing a mortgage, paying appraisers, etc., they ask us for 10% of the deposit. We all know that a deposit contract is a commitment to sell and buy from both the seller and the buyer. Well, they tell us that once we give the 15,000 euros of deposit, we will be analyzed by the seller, who will decide whether to sell us the apartment or not. For the seller to decide whether he sells us the property or not, they have requested the following documentation: Individual certificate of registration, max. 3 months old. Proof of residence, bills/supplies in the buyer's name, max. 3 months old, this document aims to verify residence in Spain (receipts are not accepted) Last Income Tax Declaration or Certificate of Income Tax Imputation Last Payslip Updated work history Marital status indicated. Certificates of ownership of all accounts involved where the HOLDER appears. - Certificate of balance with sufficient amount for the purchase. - Bank statement approximately 2 months prior (the consultation period of the statement may vary). - If there is a loan or Fein, the document issued by the bank will be requested. If we do not provide any of this documentation, and/or the documentation is not to the owner's liking, he would keep the total amount of the deposit provided. “Come on, give me the money and then I'll tell you that I'm not selling it to you” This is basic in deposit contracts: “If it is the buyer who fails to fulfill his commitment to acquire the property, he will lose the amount provided as a deposit or down payment. If it is the seller who fails to fulfill his commitment to transfer the property, he will return to the buyer the amount of the deposit in double.” They say in the comment that they have been transparent from the beginning regarding the interest in the property. Therefore, I encourage them to attach an email where I can send them screenshots of the messages via WhatsApp as well as transcribe the conversation held with Carola. I understand that as a company you must try to prevent this review from affecting you, but if what I have said were not true, they would not have called me before replying to the comment asking me to remove the review. BEWARE OF THE SCAM !!!!!! WARNING !!!!!

Negative experience: Comparto mi experiencia y pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner cero. Mi pareja y yo visitamos un piso en Tres Cantos hace algo más de dos semanas. El piso nos encantó, por lo que enviamos todos los documentos laborales y personales que se nos requirieron esa misma tarde y aparte un "escrito" en el que teníamos que presentarnos, hablar de nosotros, decir por qué nos gustaba la casa, nuestras expectativas de futuro... Algo que considero excesivo e innecesario para el alquiler anual de un piso, pero aun así accedimos porque la vivienda encajaba completamente con nuestras expectativas. Pasamos días sin tener noticias y nos llaman justo a día 11 de octubre, que nos encontrábamos de celebración familiar. De hecho nos piden si podemos hacer una videollamada a tres (inmobiliaria + propietaria + nosotros) en media hora. Ni lo leímos porque como digo, estábamos de celebración. Cuando les llamamos nos dicen que la videollamada TIENE QUE SER ESE MISMO DÍA, SÍ O SÍ, PORQUE LES CORRE MUCHA PRISA. Nos perdemos media comida pero aún así accedemos a hacer la videollamada para no perder la oportunidad, y porque desde la inmobiliaria nos dicen que tenemos el perfil que más encaja. Ese día no nos dicen nada y tampoco en los tres siguientes, por lo que decidimos contactar con la inmobiliaria, ya que no entendemos por qué no sabemos nada si les corría tanta prisa. Resulta que ya lo habían alquilado a los otros candidatos, y después de todas las perrerías ni siquiera nos avisan de esto. Entiendo que por las razones que sean se haya elegido a los otros candidatos, pero me parece de una falta de profesionalidad magistral no ponerse en contacto con nosotros para informarnos después de todo lo que hemos hecho.

Negative experience: Nos atendieron fatal. Super descontentos con el trato recibido. Alquilamos un piso con ellos y nos prometieron todo lo que pedíamos y luego no hicieron absolutamente nada para ayudarnos. Agencia a EVITAR!

Negative experience: No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, no nos atendieron nada bien, nos sentimos totalmente engañados. Nos alquilaron un piso en sanchinarro diciendo que lo iban a entregar limpio y pintado y cuando nos mudamos ni lo habían limpiado ni lo habían pintado como se habían comprometido. No nos hicieron entrega de llaves y tuvimos que ir a buscarlas a sus oficina. Y cuando reclamamos al propietario no tenía conocimiento de nada. Una pena.

Negative experience: Es una pena que haya empresas a las que sólo les importa cobrar una comisión (por cierto, bastante sustanciosa teniendo en cuenta los precios que hay en la zona que se mueven). En ningún momento se interesan por cómo se entregan las viviendas, ya no digo en asegurar que estén listas para vivir (limpieza, que abran las llaves, cosas que se dan por hecho y que es lo que se paga en su factura antes de abrir la puerta de su local para la firma), es que después no se hacen cargo en absoluto de ningún tema una vez sales por su puerta. Son especialistas en "escurrir el bulto" , dejar pasar el tiempo para que te enfríes y finalmente darte la respuesta que ya intuyes desde el minuto 0, un BUSCATE LA VIDA en toda regla. Mi caso concreto fue de limpieza y desinfección. En más de 4 ocasiones escritas y por teléfono a lo largo de tres semanas, se dejó constancia por mi parte que el piso necesitaba una limpieza profunda y desinfección (restos de comida en todos los electrodomésticos, baños sucios, mascarillas usadas!, salpicaduras de pintura reseca por todas las puertas, ventanas, armarios, azulejos...) Lejos de solucionar el problema, me encuentro al abrir que esta situación está agravada por el tiempo transcurrido desde la primera visita y la respuesta de la responsable fue que encargara ayuda externa y ella se ponía en contacto con los dueños para que pagaran ese servicio, sin ningún problema. Actúo en consecuencia, y al enviar la factura, me dice que me apañe con 60€, que es lo que vale "según ella" esa limpieza. Todo transcurre en el puente de diciembre y no puedo irme a dormir allí hasta que se limpia, así que pago una semana más en mi anterior piso y la mitad de mis muebles en el nuevo piso. En fin, que sólo pedía lo que era justo, cosa que además una de sus empleadas me reconoció de palabra que así era. Quería mi piso en condiciones de habitar desde que empiezo a pagar, nada del otro mundo. No pedí el alquiler de la otra vivienda, sólo el gasto de limpieza! En fin, es la primera opinión negativa que pongo en Google y no me siento orgulloso, pero si así evito que se engañe a otra persona, me sentiré mejor. Hay que ser profesional y dar solución al cliente. El tiempo y los actos ponen a cada uno en su lugar. Yo soy parte arrendadora de otras viviendas y jamás se me ha ocurrido entregar llaves así. Acudid a otra agencia, por favor!

Negative experience: Son intermediarios de otras inmobiliarias. No se por qué hay que pagarles honorarios si todos los trámites hemos tenido que solucionarlos nosotros mismos haciéndonos perder tiempo. Ninguna facilidad: más de 1 mes para poder alquilar un piso, ni comunicación, no dejan ir a la oficina a firmar por la pandemia pero las llaves las tienes que ir a buscar tú en persona...te dicen que están saturados pero a todos nos pasa en nuestro trabajo y no lo vamos usando de excusa. Ahora otra movida más para arreglar los desperfectos del piso, en cuanto firmas el contrato se olvidan de ti y te dan largas. La única persona que parece que trabaja bien es Silvia, la encargada de enseñar los pisos, que al menos muestra iniciativa para agilizar los procesos.

Al final, en mucho menos tiempo de lo pensado, encontraron el arrendatario ideal para lo que buscaba. No podía haber estado más satisfecho. La comunicación en todo momento ágil, y su disposición a ayudarme en cualquier tema ha sido total. Negative experience: No son profesionales , nada de seriedad. Les mande la documentación para un piso y me han dicho que entre 2 y 4 dias me dan una respuesta . Les llame varias veces y nada . Han pasado 2 semanas de cuando les deje la documentación y todavía no me han dicho . Una vergüenza!

Negative experience: Lamentable el servicio de esta gente. Me tuvieron el piso sin alquilar 2 meses. Lo cogí yo y en 1 dia lo alquilé al mismo precio. No entiendo nada.

Negative experience: Penoso. Alquiler de casa con multiples problemas(entre ellos escape de gas). No se hacen responsables de nada. Pendiente de plazo para interponer reclamación.

Negative experience: Una experiencia penosa. Era la primera vez que acudíamos a un servicio inmobiliario y la experiencia ha sido muy negativa. Con la cantidad de empresas de este tipo que hay en el mercado, no recomiendo arriesgarse a trabajar con estos, puede que la operación no salga bien.
