We told him that there was incorrect information in the ad and he responded harshly, leaving us hanging and saying he would sell it to us if he felt like it. Next, we went to the office to see what solution they could offer us and received another bad treatment, only defending their 'colleague'. Finally, we filed a complaint and left very disappointed.

Negative experience: Thanks to Álvaro for his professionalism, patience, and know-how, I was able to rent the apartment I am in without major setbacks. They drafted the rental contract according to the current Urban Rental Law, helped me with the utility changes, and I don’t know how it is in other agencies, but they didn’t charge me any commission (complying with the recent modification of the law). As a tenant, everything with them was perfect. UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: I left the apartment and now it turns out they want to keep (I don’t know if it’s them or the owner) the additional guarantee they required from me to rent the apartment, claiming that it is required by the property, which is 'a guarantee that is not refundable', when the very concept of an additional guarantee involves a return, just like a deposit. They are trying to scam me €750, be careful with what they tell you and check well what they put in the contracts.
