He has nothing better to do than call the PRIVATE AND PERSONAL phone of a girl who posted a review, without being in the database and without respecting her privacy. I don't know where he got her mobile number, but they have everything under control. However, he threatens to obtain her IP address if she does not delete the review. This review specifies exactly what he just did: controlling people and not accepting negative feedback. Guillermo, addressing you directly, do things right, transparently, and stop threatening people who don't like your way of working. Accept the criticisms that sometimes you do things very poorly. Don't even think about calling me or looking for me on LinkedIn or any social media platform.

They ask if I need financing, and I tell them that I first want to see the apartment. They never called me back. They are not serious and do not inspire trust.

Negative experience: They are shameless, to say the least... Their only goal is to find out about the available homes in the neighborhood to try to sell them to the highest bidder. They call the houses to gather information, and I don't know how they find out about the lives and backgrounds of families. We all agree that it's a business, and as such, the goal is to make money, but not at the expense of others and with that lack of honesty. Let it be clear to everyone that being able to see a simple apartment that you like, just to know if it's within your possibilities, becomes impossible with Tecnocasa because they ask for 1000 personal and financial documents. Please do your job well and show a little respect for others, thank you.

So, be careful sellers of homes through them, because they only seek to maximize their sales commissions (3%) and financial intermediation (4%). By the way, I doubt that they are certified as required by the Law on mortgage credit agreements to offer mortgage financing to individuals. I already see other reviews that mention managing the financing before showing you the property, wanting to charge a 4% commission; I think Consumer and the Bank of Spain should investigate. Notice that those who leave positive reviews usually have few or only 1 review; it seems that they are directed or friends or relatives of them.

It is Guillermo's policy, who is arrogant. Other times in that same agency, they have shown me the apartment without doing a prior assessment.

Dame tu número que él te llamará.” Llevo esperando casi tres semanas a que Miguel decida llamarme, y cuando llamo yo, no responden. Cuando vi que el piso lo gestionaba Tecnocasa ya me temí esto porque hace unos años ya tuve una primera experiencia con ellos y también fue mala.
