Negative experience: Worst experience of my life! We have been deceived from A to Z. They have lied to us about everything and take absolutely no responsibility. We bought a ruin of an apartment. They didn't tell us that the community fees cost €55, and we have been paying €130 every month from the beginning. Very well covered and hidden, that's for sure. They had painted to conceal the leaks, they didn't mention that there were hours spent on the ceiling (it wasn't true, a rotten ceiling, mold in the living room and the bedroom), they told us not to move a piece of furniture because it would disturb the air conditioning (a one-meter bracing was hidden where the moisture comes in), a rotten boiler that was dangerous because it was rusted, they had put paper inside to absorb the water coming out from inside. The intercom doesn't work and the best part is THE KITCHEN; they had put a false ceiling and covered it with furniture so we wouldn't realize (see the photos) what was behind it, until my laundry came out with rust stains, the wall and ceiling fell on me, and the pipes were oxidized and rotten, which I'm still having stomach issues from after almost a year. We have paid 20k more for these nonsense (which when we bought there was no work to do) and in the living room, if we do the gap, it costs an additional 6k. In summary, thank you for ruining our lives, to a couple who have worked all their lives and put all their savings to end up like this. A disgrace. Of course, the sellers are very happy because they sell anything. But do not buy here ever, you will lose a lot of time, money, and patience. We almost ended up on the street because of them.

Negative experience: Be careful with what they tell you regarding the fiscal impact of the sale. Better not to trust it because the information is incorrect. It happened to me, and they messed up their fiscal study!!! Be careful with that if you're in negotiations with them to sell your house. I'm giving one star because I can't leave it without any. Everything I previously thought positively of them I now consider a deception due to the advice received on IRPF. And now, when you ask them a question to clarify how to do what they assured me would happen in the IRPF, THEY DO NOT RESPOND.
