Fantastic experience: This is the third consecutive year I have come with my family; exquisite treatment, they fulfill everything they commit to. If something is missing, they provide all the facilities to resolve it. Alexandra, who has always assisted me at Fincas Xaxu, is very nice, pleasant, and professional; she has always been concerned about making everything easy for us to enjoy our vacation and ensuring that the accommodation is not a problem. Very reasonable price. Without a doubt, we will continue to return.

Negative experience: I did not interact with the agency managers, other family members took care of that, so I can't comment on Finques Xaxu, but I can say something about one of the vacation homes they have for rent. We spent a week on vacation in one of their houses, Villa Lumar, from August 13 to 20, with two other families (all family), and in my opinion, the house has many areas for improvement. The frying pans were very old, with peeling Teflon. The lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms was very poor. The frame of one of the doors fell on us. In the living room, there were 4 dining chairs, and we had to use plastic chairs, 4 folding (good) and the rest were of the 'stackable' type (all broken). There was air conditioning in the living room, but the remote control did not work, and to activate it, we had to plug it into an outlet over 2 meters high. The door to the parking area had a latch and a lock, but it was still accessible; we got the feeling that someone lived there because there was an office, bathroom, bed, refrigerator, wardrobe full of clothes, etc. The 4 rooms were just right, only one had a wardrobe, and the mattresses were not very comfortable and were of different sizes than the bases. The pool is very large and had a toilet, plastic loungers, and a barbecue area, but it did not have an automatic chlorination system and the tablets that were put in on the first day ran out two days before we left, and the water turned murky. The house, well maintained, has a lot of potential because it is large and has spacious areas, well located, 10 minutes walk from the Riells promenade. Edit: We left an electronic device in the house, and a few days later we contacted Finques Xaxu to retrieve it. Their service was very good, despite the unfavorable criticism.

Negative experience: We have been on vacation for a week at Villa Lumar and it was quite disappointing. The house is very neglected (broken chairs, only air conditioning in the dining room without specifying it and its broken remote control, TV and TDT remotes without batteries, broken sink siphon, destroyed pots and pans, worn-out mattresses on the double beds, broken curtain rods. A door frame even fell on one of our children, in short, a house with many deficiencies for what it costs for a week's rental). The pool area was all dirty, we even found cigarette butts in the barbecue of the previous tenants. We called the agency but it was impossible to contact them by phone. We sent an email and they told us that email was not working. We felt neglected. The agency should ensure that they are renting out a suitable house for it.

Per començar tant l´Alexandra com en Jaume son el que diriem unes molt bones persones, però més enllà del seu tracte fantàstic, hi ha la disponibilitat envers el client, els consells i la preocupació per què el client estigui a gust. No solo te muestra el apartamento ó casa si no que también te dice que visitar para poder aprovechar al máximo tú estancia. Un encanto de chica que me llevó como amiga, nos ha resuelto cualquier duda y es por ello que cada vez que podemos volvemos ha alquilar nuestra estancia vacacional con ellos. Me encanta La Escala y sus alrededores, no me canso de volver un año tras otro y finques xaxu me facilita la estancia. No son asesores inmobiliarios son amigos compartiendo su maravillosa y encantadora localidad. Gracias y hasta el próximo año.

Fantastic experience: Арендовали апартаменты на av. de Riells 12... в целом остались довольны, первая линия - до моря несколько шагов... апартаменты небольшие, но хорошо укомплектованные посудой и техникой... очень удобный паркинг... отличный sea view... из минусов в нашем апарте не работал кондиционер, вдобавок внизу бар l'universe который работает до 3 ночи, поэтому довольно шумно... в этом же здании есть вторые апарты - там и потише и кондиционер работал... Спасибо Александре за отзывчивость и боссу Хайме (вроде правильно запомнил имя)... отлично провели время в la'escala
