Negative experience: I rented a furnished flat. After I paid the deposit and agency fee, I came to pick up the keys and found that most of the furniture was damaged. The damaged furniture was not disclosed to me at any point during my conversations with Monika Rusch (nor was it in any of the photos or videos they sent me.) I had to purchase new furniture and the owner refused to take and store their furniture. It is unacceptable that I’m paying a premium price for a furnished flat, that in reality is cheap and badly damaged. In addition, the apartment was not “deep cleaned” as promised. The mattresses and couch had large visible stains. Monika Rusch did not take care of these things and was not truthful upfront.

Fantastic experience: Fernando and his team helped us to find a great place with a lot of professionalism. The price for the apartment was reasonable and we had a no problem 1 year stay. I would recommend without hesitation his services.

Fantastic experience: Fantástica experiencia con Mónika Rüsch en el proceso de venta de la casa de mis suegros. Totalmente recomendable. El trato directo lo hemos tenido principalmente con Deborah y, en momentos puntuales, con Jordi. Ambos superprofesionales, dispuestos, proactivos y resolutivos. Asesoramiento completo, objetivo y realista desde el primer contacto con Deborah. Muy buen reportaje gráfico con vídeo y fotos de gran calidad. Genial gestión de filtrado de los potenciales compradores y del acompañamiento en las visitas a la casa, teniendo en cuenta que mis suegros son personas mayores y había que ser flexible para adaptarse a su situación. Mucha empatía y cariño en todo momento. No ha sido un proceso fácil porque en un momento dado surgió una cuestión administrativo-documental que no se había regularizado correctamente en el momento de la finalización de la construcción de la vivienda en el año 2007. Pero en todo momento nos hemos sentido acompañados y bien asesorados, pudiéndose regularizar todo a tiempo para celebrar la escritura de venta dentro del plazo acordado en el contrato de arras. En resumen, agencia y profesionales totalmente recomendables en base a nuestra experiencia en esta operación.

Our agent was Adele and she managed to turn the stressful experience of selling a flat into something really easy and quick.
