Negative experience: They lack a lot of seriousness when renting an apartment. I do not recommend it.
Mr. Aníbal, you called to visit an apartment we had for rent, but a lady reserved it before you could visit it. You were notified in time so that you wouldn't have to travel. Negative experience: I decided to rent a parking nearby with them on Friday and the signature date has been set for Monday. I had already given notice in my previous parking that I am leaving at the end of the month. Merely 7 hours before the signature time, I receive a message from Pau saying that the owners don't want to rent out anymore. It might not be their fault but to me this is pure bad client management and dealing in bad faith. Reply to the below: That's not what happened. Actually, you arrived late. Didn't know which parking it was. Sent the documentation to the owner who then accepted the offer. Then cancelled with no viable explanation.
Buenas tardes Sr. Giorgio, Nosotros quedamos para enseñarle una plaza de aparcamiento, llegamos puntuales, hicimos la visita, nos envío la documentación, la enviamos a la propiedad y es está quien decidió no alquilarle la plaza a usted. Donde está la mala gestión por nuestra parte??. La propiedad, no tiene la obligación de alquilarle a usted la plaza. Igual se precipitó al dejar la otra. Sentimos su malestar. Pero no entendemos esta reseña negativa hacia nosostros por nuestro trabajo.

Fantastic experience: "Al barri hi ha de tot", Amb aquesta frase reivindico que ben a prop tenim bons professionals que es van fent un nom i que s'impliquen a tope et coneguin o no..jo els coneixia de vista i tot i presentar-se alguns"obstacles" pel camí (familia okupa) no es van tirar enrera ajudant-me en tots sentits i pas a pas anar solucionant temes per poder realitzar la venda a uns honrats compradors.
