Negative experience: I rented my apartment to one of their employees through TECNOCASA. Not long after, she was forced to leave her position due to alleged non-physical mistreatment. I collected 4 of the 10 months rented. The apartment was left in terrible condition as a reward from this girl to TECNOCASA - she was 18 years old and TECNOCASA manipulated her age saying she was older for me to agree to rent - She thought TECNOCASA would reimburse me... poor thing. I did not collect the money from Incasol because this director pocketed it directly. The girl swore to me that they had deducted it, she was earning unofficially and that’s where they took it from. Absurdity, bad faith, manipulations. I tried to summarize 6 months of agony and I couldn't report it because it’s incredibly expensive and slow. She got away unscathed. The tenant stole commissions and part of the severance fund, and she played me for a fool telling me she was a bad person. Perverse, that’s what this man is. I didn’t want to let the year pass without sharing my bad experience with this branch of TECNOCASA.

Nos acompañaron en todo momento durante la búsqueda de vivienda y en todas las gestiones en Notaría y para nuestra búsqueda de hipoteca. Tienen un gran trato humano pues no eres un número y te tratan con mucho respeto. En nuestro caso, vimos de primera mano la manera de ayudar al octogenario que vendía la casa y lo ayudaban con su silla de ruedas y en acompañarlo a gestiones en las que el señor no podía ir solo.
