Negative experience: My experience has been terrible. I booked an apartment with them and paid the reservation immediately; up to that moment, the treatment was proper. Once I signed the reservation in which they commit to selling the apartment free of charges is when they started informing me about all the problems (unpaid mortgage, community fees, pending property tax). Even with all these problems, they ask me to trust them, telling me that they will solve it. They continue to pressure me daily via email and WhatsApp to confirm the date of signing at the notary despite the fact that they are still not in a position to sign anything because the apartment has had charges since 2018. On the date of the signing at the notary, they have not solved the problems, nor do they even confirm that they are not going to show up for the signing. Nevertheless, they ask me to trust them and to sign a new reservation agreement to avoid losing the apartment. Three weeks later, they still haven't lifted a finger to resolve the apartment's issues. As of today, I request a refund of the reservation. I have lost 6 months and have no confidence that I will get the reservation amount back without going through legal proceedings.

Acomodándose a los horarios que yo tenía . Y en cuanto al precio del alquiler lo vi bastante correcto . Al final lo he alquilado y ya estoy viviendo en el piso nuevo . Todo bastante ágil !

Negative experience: Muy decepcionados. Más de un mes para que Ninfa se ponga en contacto y me dé alguna respuesta. Cuando no está reunida, no está y cuando no.. ya te llamará. A ti te ha llamado? A mi tampoco.. No han mostrado muchas ganas de vender en ningún momento. Y para más inri hablando con la secretaria le trasmites esto mismo, y la resolución que te da es que priorizan la venta de los inmuebles que menos problemáticas dan. Pues genial. Creo que todos somos clientes y que deberíamos ser tratados del mismo modo. Independientemente de las dificultades que pueda tener el inmueble. Agradecer a Dani por la paciencia y la profesionalidad a la hora de enseñarnos el inmueble.
