Negative experience: I had a bad experience with them. I do not recommend them. They tricked me with the deposit contract and I had to do a quick search and move to my new home. They only work for their convenience, to quickly grab the money, and they do not care if their clients leave happy and satisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Negative experience: Regrettable, I give it one star but I would give it -5. I rented a room because it was only for 4 months, but they did nothing except take my money; I had to speak with the girl who was in the room and go get the keys from their office. When I entered, the apartment was completely filthy and the room was full of hair and dirt, and now that I have left, they have charged me €25 for cleaning. Not to mention that they proposed abusive things for their convenience, like showing the apartment to other potential tenants or that we leave the apartment on the 27th of the month. Almost half a month has passed and I still haven't received the deposit; they've blocked me on WhatsApp and denied me several times the ability to speak with the owner. They take advantage of people to profit at their whim. Be smart and if possible, do not do any business with them. Edited to respond: You have to have the courage to post the comment you've made; you know perfectly well that I left the apartment a week early, so if the apartment was dirty and smelled of smoke, it would be the fault of the last roommate who stayed, not mine. I didn't know you were my roommate; I respected all the cleaning schedules. The last one who was supposed to clean (not me) asked me to clean to keep the apartment clean for him, as he was the last to leave. The ashtray in the room was from the girl who was there before and she left it like that. I've told you several times that I left the room even better than I found it, but that's not of interest to you. You are interested in saying that it took me more than 3 hours to clean my room; I didn't know I had rented the room of the king's daughter because it doesn't stand out for its huge size. On the other hand, you have the nerve to call it a brand new apartment when I had to bring knives and other kitchen items because there weren't any, and the shower was so poorly made that it flooded the bathroom every time it was used, what a concept of 'brand new.' Finally, you have the hypocrisy to say that you didn't show my room and the apartment to other tenants when you did it in front of me, even making a bad face just for being in the apartment. For your information, I am unfortunately your customer and I am posting the review of what I thought, not what you want; but don’t worry, we have already let this go, and I will be in Malaga next term, I will visit your office to see if you are as brave and cocky in person.
Álvaro has been a TERRIBLE TENANT and an EVEN WORSE ROOMMATE. YOU HAVE LEFT YOUR ROOM AND THE APARTMENT DIRTY, VERY DIRTY, with a smell, a lot of smell from tobacco and others, because you didn't even bother to clean the ashtray you had in your bedroom. Despite what you say, when you entered the apartment you checked it beforehand together with your parents, the girl who occupied your room at that time showed it to you, because that was agreed, and everything seemed perfectly correct to you, you liked the apartment as it was recently renovated with everything brand new, you signed the rental contract in our office and took the keys, all very strange, right? Álvaro, YOU DID NOT RESPECT THE CLEANING SCHEDULE WITH YOUR ROOMMATES, especially the last shift which was your turn to clean, and from what we have been told your behavior in this aspect, especially in the bathroom, leaves a lot to be desired. No one kicked you out on the 27th, in fact, another roommate of yours left on the 30th and there was no problem, we only asked the day you were leaving each one to schedule the cleaning of the apartment at the end of the course, as we always do. The two and a half hours of cleaning you have paid for are not even enough to clean your room, the owner has paid seven times more to leave the apartment in good condition and only a small part was charged to you. According to the contract you signed, the apartment had to be returned in good condition regarding its state and cleanliness. We have never bothered you nor have we shown your room or your roommates' rooms to other tenants, why would we? The apartment was already rented with all three rooms occupied. YOU ARE LYING AGAIN about the Deposit, yesterday Thursday you left the review and the Deposit was refunded to your account on Wednesday the 12th, do you want me to send you the receipt? Did you know that the owner has 30 days to return the Deposit? I’m sure you didn’t. The owner has called you several times, but he hasn't been able to speak with you and you haven't returned his calls either. It seems that your thing is WhatsApp and negative reviews, well, if that makes you happy, go ahead Álvaro. By the way, we blocked your number because you started to disrespect the roommate and that cannot be tolerated Álvaro. Negative experience: Me cobraron comisiones abusivas cuando les compre mi piso, por no hablar de lo poco transparentes que son, me dijeron de mirarme en mi banco si me daban la hipoteca para después cobrarme de forma abusiva, sin previo aviso de que si me lo miraban me cobraban esas cantidades, pero aparte de mi mala experiencia resulta que a un amigo mío le tuvieron retenida la venta de su piso más de un mes cuando el mismo les dijo que su venta le urgía mucho para comprar otra cosa que tenía vista, si queréis transparencia y formalidad, mejor no paséis por aquí... Edito para contestar: A mí se me informo de lo que tenía que pagar cuando ya me dijeron que me cobraban por haber ido a la directora de mi banco simplemente a preguntar si me daban la hipoteca, y no, no me equivoco de inmobiliaria, ayer mismo dio la casualidad que pase por la puerta y justo salió y cruzo por delante de mí Diego, que fue quien me vendió el piso que tengo, sobre los honorarios mejor no hablemos porque la "supuesta seña" que di estoy seguro de que fueron honorarios, ya que mi amigo cuando vendió el suyo con vosotros cobrasteis de honorarios la misma cantidad, y por último no voy a poner aquí mis datos, si lleváis todo tan correctamente como decís, por mis iniciales os debo de salir, ya sabéis que fue Diego quien me vendió el piso.

José, nos ha preocupado bastante su comentario, hemos estado buscando y no nos consta, al menos por su nombre y sus iniciales, ningún piso que hayamos vendido en los últimos años a nombre de JOSE M., MP, ¿no se estará usted equivocando de agencia a la hora de poner la reseña? De cualquier forma, sea cual sea la agencia en la que usted compró su vivienda, si es nuestro caso informamos al cliente en la debida forma y siempre por escrito sin excepción, de manera que el cliente está dando su consentimiento a nuestra minuta antes de firmar la compraventa. También informamos de nuestra minuta en la visita al inmueble por parte del cliente. Llevamos 27 años haciéndolo así y nunca hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema en tal sentido. Como usted sabe, las agencias inmobiliarias vivimos de las comisiones que pagan nuestros clientes, esto no es ningún secreto, igual que si usted contrata los servicios de cualquier otro profesional, un fontanero, un abogado, etc... Ocurre lo mismo en el caso de los servicios financieros de las agencias, si usted contrata sus servicios para que le tramiten una hipoteca también cobran sus servicios como profesionales que son, e informan de antemano a sus clientes, al menos en nuestro caso es así siempre. Nadie puede obligar a nadie a contratar algo que no quiera, desde luego nosotros no. D. José, las agencias inmobiliarias también vivimos de nuestra imagen y es muy fácil escudarse en el anonimato de una reseña en google para tirar por tierra, de forma gratuita, el trabajo diario de las personas que componen esta agencia sin que podamos defenderlo, más que con esta contestación a su reseña. En cualquier caso, nos ponemos a su disposición para aclarar cualquier tipo de duda que pueda tener a este respecto.
