Negative experience: If you are a tenant, they will force you to pay for real estate management in cash (which for the past year should be paid by the landlord, who is the one hiring the real estate agency), which is not reflected in the contract (knowingly, as it would be legal fraud for violating the Urban Lease Law) nor in the apartment advertisement. They refuse to give the keys despite having signed the contract and bringing the money stated in the contract (deposit + current month), call it coercion or whatever you like. My partner and I had a terrible experience yesterday, the biggest legal mess I have ever seen in my life. Do not rent if you are tenants.

BEWARE if you are a tenant looking to rent a property with this 'real estate agency': it does not comply with the Urban Leasing Law (and moreover, it admits it itself), because it intends to charge you agency fees knowing full well that Article 20 of the LAU obliges owners to pay from 2023. Furthermore, it does not include this payment as a contractual clause nor does it mention it in the rental property ads, so it is not documented anywhere in writing. They offered to sign a receipt of payment when we told them we were not going to make any under-the-table payments that we were not obliged to make and had not been reflected in the contract, and of course, we refused because the contract did NOT require us to pay this amount. Finally, they did not hand us the keys to the property despite having the contract signed by all parties and having brought the corresponding legal money (deposit + month). I recommend not to fall for this real estate agency, and if someone rents from them due to extreme need to find a flat, I absolutely recommend claiming your agency fees back through legal channels, as the law will require them to return it one way or another. I also recommend recording any conversation you have with them. In short, very unprofessional; I have been a tenant for years and had never encountered anything like this.

Negative experience: Nos dijo que estaba especializada en compraventa de casas rústicas admitiendo de su dificultad para tasarlos.Pero en el contrato de arras que ofrece no pone cláusula de tasacion.Resultado 30% de diferencia tras revisión por el precio inflado,echando culpa y responsabilidades al comprador y tachando de "inútil" al tasador del banco Santander. Nos extrañò su relación de amistad con el vendedor (fue a la firma del contrato de arras con bolsas de tomates para ella). Aconsejo ir con pies de plomo con lo que se firma en esta inmobiliaria en lo que se refiere al contrato de arras
