Negative experience: I found 2 apartments with this real estate agency, one cheaper than the other. The one that was cheaper in the photos didn't have a mattress; I asked the guy and he told me it did. We visited the apartment and surprise... it didn't have a mattress. First lie. I visited the second apartment, more expensive, and they said the owner had to lower the price, otherwise it was too expensive. Still, I told them I would go for either of the two apartments. They didn't inform me about anything at all, not whether the owner would lower the price or not. I called to inquire and they didn't answer, I wrote to them and got no response. Eventually, I wrote again about the cheap apartment, said I would take it, and sent all the documentation. After two days without news, they said the owner was considering it but that we would have news that day. Second lie. The weekend passed, on Monday I asked again and they told me that the owner was supposedly still considering it. That is, they had a deadline to choose a tenant on Friday, then on Monday, and then they stopped responding and wouldn't even answer the phone. Even if it were true that the owner of the apartment was so irresponsible with deadlines, at the very least, the real estate agency should contact you to say yes or no. No, they just forget about you and you have to be asking and calling and writing day in and day out to get information. What a shame. The worst treatment I have ever received from a real estate agency. It's a joke; they waste your time and give you the impression that you are going to get the apartment, even after submitting the documentation, only to then disappear. Even my relatives had to ask for explanations since you all disappeared...

Negative experience: Make sure to check all the conditions thoroughly. They might try to trick you. There's always something hidden in the contract terms, something they won't tell you or that isn't as they explain.

Negative experience: I won't leave fewer stars because it is not possible. I signed a contract with them as a tenant over a year and a half ago, and they assured me that if I ever had a problem with the landlords, I should let them know so that they could act as intermediaries. When I left the apartment and did not receive the deposit that was owed to me, they abandoned me, saying that they wash their hands of it once the contract is signed and that nothing that happens is their responsibility. Moreover, they were supposed to handle the change of the utility company and I was paying the electricity bill for the new tenant for two weeks because they refused to do it on the day I left the apartment and for the next three weeks. I will never have any dealings with them again. Rude, shouting at us, they called us ignorant. If you ever have to sign a lease or sale with them, think twice before jumping in.
