Negative experience: We contacted them expressing our interest in scheduling a visit on the same day for two properties in the same area. Everything was managed smoothly through communications via email and WhatsApp, and the appointment was set for three days later. On the day of the visit, we contacted them an hour and a half before requesting the addresses. The surprise came when they said that the visits had been canceled because we hadn't confirmed them, claiming that they called the day before to do so. And I ask, is a single attempt to call during a specific time frame, after having used other communication channels previously, enough to cancel an appointment? Having dealt with a few real estate companies already, it’s clear that this is not good management. But in any other service, unilaterally canceling an appointment without notice shows very poor treatment of the customer. Of course, there was not even an apology nor the slightest effort to remedy the slight. We are still waiting for another agent to contact us as we were told.

Negative experience: We contacted them through an ad on a well-known real estate portal about some rental apartments in Alcalá de Henares. A sales representative contacted my wife a few days later, and we were surprised when he indicated that one of the rental conditions was to pay a monthly fee for the agency, which is prohibited by law. The worst part is that they do not put it in writing because they know that it is illegal right now, and there is no way to report it. I repeat: 1 month deposit, 1 month in advance, and 1 month in agency fees (they disguise it as derived expenses or something like that).

Negative experience: Be very careful with this agency: in their rental property advertisements, they do not indicate anything, but when they contact you by phone, one of the requirements to formalize the rental is a 'monthly agency fee.' This happened to a family member just this week. This is an ILLEGALITY reflected in the Urban Lease Law of 2023. Nobody can charge the tenant fees of any kind; it is the owner who must take responsibility for it if they demand it. It is incredible that these things continue to happen in our country with such impunity.
